@@sj460162 it is very well described in Tyler’s book but this video also shows how he uses Xanthan Gum to make it work - th-cam.com/video/c9YIv-4SfPw/w-d-xo.html. I have made his recipes multiple times now and would highly recommend buying the book as well.
