This was very good, and I'm glad to hear some things that I've been on board with for some time. On a side note. I couldn't help but notice the two of you are quite fond and complimentary with each other. I found myself wondering if you're both single. 🤔😉😁
I learned a lot from this podcast. I personally have challenged myself this past month to drink hot tea instead of decaf coffee. Maybe you could do a similar podcast about the pros and cons of teas.
Find it interesting that I was drawn to this podcast. I’m an organic black tea drinker who uses compostable self fill bags to make my cup. But my husband just received an order of mushroom ‘coffee’ because he has so many digestive issues when he drinks his beloved daily coffee. It’s not that I don’t want to be an informed consumer, but I think educated western society just appears snobby. I can’t imagine going to a friend’s house and quizzing her about what she is serving me in a meal unless I had an allergy. How do we combine being a gracious guest with safeguarding what we eat?
You can. Recent information may suggest that overloading the system with antioxidants post workout can inhibit the body’s own natural anti inflammatory response from fully kicking in.. but I’d say better to get them in for most of us!
Can you please send the link. I did not see the brand of coffee
The kickstarter is over but the link is www.flippingfifty.com/happygutcoffee and he got there!!!
What about using a stainless steel purcalator?

Is it okay to put my coffee in my protein shake?
Sure. Depends on the goal and timing of that shake potentially

That’s a great question but I would have always turned down cookies .. is that rude to protect your health?
This is an nformative interview… there is some very cute chemistry between the both of you😂🫶🏼
Hydration with Watermelon... would a celtic or himalayan salt grain be good to have when eating fruit.
It will enhance hydration
Always french press🤗
I always have used a french press, but just bought a machine that uses the pods. Oops. Thank you for this info.
What about blueberries in a post workout protein shake?
