I can tell you some dentists warn on this. If yours does.. you can sip through a straw to avoid or there are also acv capsules ( most like acv bc it’s in the kitchen already.. but it is an option)

I’ve been eating oatmeal daily advised to lower cholesterol. Now I hear that’s bad. What’s a good breakfast alternative? I can’t imagine having veggies first thing in the am other than omelette
I hear two camps of thought. Protein first or Veggies first. In this camp of both sexes, we opt for protein first and carbs like bread, rice, pasta and the like are eaten last. They are treated as a sugar bomb, which is what they are once in the body.

One question that I would ask relates to carbs and exercise. Should I eat carbs before a heavy workout if so how long before and what type of carbs?

Yes… if you can’t get all the protein in start there. If you can, veggies first costs the gut. Either is right.
