I always hesitate to do that! You really need to experiment with yours to find what weight helps you reach fatigue. For 7’s tho.. I personally would use #10, for the tri sets 5 ( or 7.5), for the 6-12-25… 15-10-5. Hope that helps!

Nice variations and instruction! I’m looking at muscle growth, not simple toning. I believe you’d suggest building up slowly and using less reps, while keeping proper form? Ps my challenge is getting chest definition like yours. Working on it!

You mentioned upper body gym machines aren't ideal for women? I've noticed that few gym machines "fit" me well enough to be safe never mind effective (petite woman). Would you consider a video or a series of videos on which gym machines to use and/or avoid for safety and efficacy?
Little confused on how to incorporate in my weight routine.? Can i do all 3 of these routines back to back on an arm day or do i split them up throughout the week.?
Iam trying to lose weight but my arm is not part that Iam happy at all , it’s like I shake my arm and it shake 10 times after I stop it , can I still get it to tone it to much better shape , even tho it’s more like saggy skin after 55 years old ?
If you’re continuing to exercise, take good care of skin and eat well- protein and antioxidant rich foods you’ll optimize it. Don’t let that stop you! You’re getting healthier and over time it will improve your

It can depend on.. yes you will want heavy eventually but will always need to vary it. And est enough:overall and protein

Exactly. No one is an “average “ prototype so it’s true for most. But most obvious on short levers like arms

Weights that fatigue me at the reps I’m doing. But my reps aren’t yours! You need to experiment with reaching fatigue
