The problem I think is that actor classes don't have any gameplay tags and you can't add any without going into c++ since you can't edit actor with blueprints.
Hey Mathew, regarding the "Get All Actors of Class Matching Tag Query" node, I noticed it's looking for an "Actor Class" input. It seems you have not set it properly, or at all. Maybe that's the reason you couldn't make it work? Thanks for the vids, always appreciated!
