Use the sabre, just because your firearm is your main weapon doesn't mean it should be your main source of damage, reloading takes too long so keep that in mind.

Will knock you down and kill you shortly after The classes Line infantry: basic guy with a musket Officer: has an ability where he uses a scream to make you run faster and swing faster Sapper: the tank of your team. You can build 3 types of buildings: Barricade: basic wall Stake: small spikes on the ground. It stops zombies Caltrops: really small spikes slows down zombies Musician: provides a buff where your teamates reload faster you have to time it Chaplin/priest: has a cross that repels zombies Surgeon: medic

When u shot that zombie sapper In the edit it said you missed but, it takes 2 gun shots to kill a zombie sapper So you actually didn't miss because you killed the zombie sapper next shot
I would just like to say as a person that likes to play guts and black powders if you’re trying to get the priest/chaplain, however you say that you have to do a type of achievement if you go into the badges in the game, you can see how to get the chaplain but at the same time if you want to know how to purchase equipment you have to win the game or in the endless mode every five rounds you will be giving a certain amount of money if there are any typos, I am very sorry
