The 4th one

I would like to make a game for you for one or your video... I hope that will be fun.
I would give it the same ratings, but if I knew that was all I was getting before buying the "games", I would not get any of them. Only the 30-dollar one had game functionality. Cutting down the trees and building a boat isn't really a "game". I feel like fiverr developers go in for the quick cash. I have seen better games from 2-D and Game Maker devs than 3-d ones.
The 3-D developers seem to take assets, string them together, and then provide some low-grade functionality to call it a game.
So for 35 dollars, you are supposed to get 5 levels. You wanted an open-world game, so there aren't really levels, but there should be at least 5 different environments to explore or 5 different enemies to fight or something.
The second one was supposed to be 5 levels, but you went with an open-world game. Still, 5 levels should translate into at least 5 different environments to utilize. It was for a 2-D game, but he made you a 3-D game. I think you would have been better off just sticking with the 2-D open-world game.
The third one admits he uses assets, so that's cool. Beyond the assets, what did he add? Character movement. Okay. Chop down trees? Yea. Die underwater? Sure. Lol. Build a ship by walking to the desk with enough work? Yea, got that. Beyond that, it's all assets, lol. The assets are beautiful, but there is no functionality for gameplay really. How long could it have taken him to make it for that much? Maybe a couple of hours if that? That's not 5-levels worth again.
Maybe if you were more specific, the result would be better? Like if you didn't say, build be an open-world game where you fight monsters, collect numerous items to craft, and explore 5 different biomes. Maybe the result might be better?
I know I said that I would go with your same ranks, but now that I think about it, I think the third one is by far the most annoying, lol.
So I would go, 1, 2, 3. Yeah, for 400, it would have been a lot better. I would have been pissed.
Man got scammed in the 80$ game and you can tell he is sad about it
honestly that wasn't a scam, 80$ is very little to make a full game, and the guy probably assumed that he is a dev that needed this 80$ game and made him a pretty decent prototype wth working systems and a good art style and character, and I'm assuming he might've had multiplayer set too seeing he had 2 characters spawned
The real scam feels was the 400$ asset game. I can't imagine any real coding went into it. I can't imagine it taking longer than 2 hours to do that. I would feel insulted to receive that.
the 400$ game would come with legal issues. since the dev just used investor template and synty models, if you get the source code, you don't have the rights to the synty models. uness you buy em $50 for synty models, 60$ for investor. and it could of been put together in a couple of hours.... for 400$ that's a HUGE rip off.
I agree. I can't imagine it taking more than 2 hours, and it seems just like integrating all the assets together, then allowing you to chop down trees, llol.
bro got scammed on the last one
This is a free template? Or to buy?
@@Foksiax_PL no its just bad
Dude it's $400. That's like 0.5% of what it costs to make a very cheap game. $400 would be enough to get maybe one pretty low poly 3D model done.@@frazomania
Honestly I think it was a great starter
It just needed more work it wasn't finished.
@koro-kira4141 It would be a good starter for $50, but not $400, but even then you can get better more complete templates on asset stores for cheaper
Always a good day when Minimunch uploads!
Thank you sir 🫡
Man you deserve more! Rly good video
0:17 As someone born in the Middle East, that pronunciation got me choking on my food fr 😂😂😂
Awesome video! Your channel's future looks bright 🌟
Are this complete games (compiled) that can't be altered or just assets to build upon something better ?
8K Subs???? Nah this guy is underrated
I had high expectations for $400 CAD on that last one.
Hello, could you make a cooperative mode the same or similar to Resistance 2, please?
U deserve a million subs
Very interesting video.
What I learned from this, is when paying game developers, you should start small, and then pay for improvements and additional features. Do it in steps till you reach a place you are happy with.
for me, the $400 game should be ranked the lowest.
If you payed $400 to improve the $80 game, I think it would end up way better than the island ship game. (Which doesn't even have any enemy AI)
same with the $30 if you gave him more to improve it.
Great content 👍👍
U are underrated!
That was a good video I was gonna say the same ranking
I appreciate it sir 🙏
Aren't these supposed to be for you to continue development on?
I always thought that as well.
the sound on the first game is from terraria lol
