This is absolutely beautiful! I would need that water closet a little bigger. And I'd settle for a smaller shower to get a bathtub... I need that! The extra shower fixtures as you mentioned would be nice. Love the private patio. Gorgeous!😍

Hey Super! Love your videos. Really, you should bring a tape measure with you because model homes do NOT put queen beds in the non-primary bedroom. They are full size aka double beds. Bring your tape next time and prove me wrong. Even if it is difficult to tell the difference in width, the length is a dead give away. In this home, it's possible that is a queen shown for the guest suite, but that would be the exception.

Nice house but bathroom kind of small but luv it tho.
It's a cooktop, not a range. A range has the burners and oven all in one unit.
It's a dining room, not a kitchen nook. Also, it is called a great room concept, not family room. It can only be a family room if there is an additional living place called a living room.
They need to drop the price at least a hundred and fifty thousand
Well, you could get the base price home without so many upgrades. This is a model home w thousands of upgrades.

Too bad nobody seems to make small affordable homes like they did when I was growing up. I guess the goal is to make everyone slaves to their mortgages while maximizing the profits of home builders.
You don’t know that we’re the 99 centers and we carry the burden of our entire country? Did you not know that the one percent of the wealthy make every decision in law so that it benefits them and not us? Vote blue or the wealthy will be stomping even further on our necks and your grandkids won’t be able to buy anything either
