I love the unique layout of this home, the entrance with the nice office space and access to the butler's pantry. That is the most perfect master bath & closet I've ever seen! 🥰❤
I absolutely really love this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the foyer area; very unique, floating shelves, doors to the flex room and pantry area, tub in the master bathroom, and tile in the shower. Also, the big living area. ❤❤❤❤❤
💗💗💗 this floor plan ❣️ plus the butlers pantry and master suite ❣️ the brown trim and ceilings are too busy for my taste. Also would close off door into flex room and make that a second pantry with the freezer then add an entry closet there. Thanks 😊❣️
I absolutely love this home. The foyer is gorgeous. I love the butler's pantry and pantry. Master bath is wonderful. Plus I love the doors and cabinet doors. And oh yeah, that side porch. The only thing I would change are wood shelves in pantry and closets. You have to have a lot of patience to try to film with all that activity going on.
Like this home. This would be great for a person that works from home or has a small business. I would use that room as my office/music room. The shower would have to have a hand held wand and a seat would be nice. Enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.
I've watched 100s and 100s of these housing tours thru Nate's and Chance's tours mainly and this home, the Arabella, is definitely one of my favorites. It just has such a unique layout, not the same old box floorplan. Definitely in my top 5 of all time favorites. Great job on the build and the video!❤

Very nice home...love that foyer...and the floorplan is unique and has a nice flow to it. As usual, don't like when the doors don't match the trim, so mine would have all white trim, and carpeted bedrooms. Thanks for the tour, enjoy the show!
Dynamite floor plan and that addition off the back with the trellis is nice. Only thing I didn't like is the unfinished trim style. This home with a modern design would be great.
Love the doors on the fkex room and the food pantry. Add upper cabinets over the washer and dryer for me. So the word from me which is rare, is WRITE 'ER UP!
Nice home , I really love it when they have storage in the guest bath. I prefer the master bedroom separate from the other rooms, though. When you don't have a handheld shower head, you have to sling a bucket of water on the walls to rinse the shower 😢. Otherwise, the home is very nice. Thank you...

That's a lot of square footage to not have a family room or a 4th bedroom, the excess foyer, and extra and butler pantry..alot of wasted space on nonessential things to me, but as always thanks for showing.
I wasn't overly impressed, but I did like the flex room and pantry doors. I had a hard time with the background noise. Not just the other people, but it sounded like you were shuffling your feet as you walked. It was VERY loud.
I like the layout but the faux "rustic" look is not a good look. Also I think the windows in the kitchen don't open. Unfortunately all the people roaming about was a bit distracting and made for a disjointed video. Oh, the wire shelves have got to go. But the little office and the windows in the dining area were unique and gave the sense of a Parisien Cafe. Thanks for the tour. 😊😊😊😊
Love it, but why do they have to put huge windows in the bathroom without curtains or shutters? I don't want to bathe where someone could happen along and catch me.

I would change the front entry and make it a stairwell and only 1 door into flex/office.

Very nice floor plan. Love the foyer area. Just would redo kitchen so that sink isn't so far from stove. Not a fan of island sinks.

Beautiful home but I would have to replace that tacky 70’s laughter fixture over the table. Also I wouldn’t want a sink in the butler’s pantry.
