A fun challenge to try is start as a shower victim, no changes to perks or stats and collect all the items that a survivor starts with. All of the survivor items are common, until you start looking for them. The challenge is complete when you have collected all the items and do it as fast as possible. Then you have a record to try and beat. The time measured is in game. Easy mode - dirty clothes, less than full matchbook, etc. Hard mode - all items must match what a survivor starts with. Post when complete as Rycon's unofficial world record
Glad to see these making a comeback! I can't remember if you've done the Hunted challenge yet or not - that's the one where you get a Mr X style stalker coming for you. If you haven't, that'd be a cool thing to see.

All the current series are already in their 100s, and its only Rimworld and Cataclysm as far as the eyes can see, which are *great,* but i do miss Dust, and the games being played on the Roleplay channel. But, I'm happy to catch a new series. Absolutely love your content and your half-serious roleplay videos, playing a character but giving commentary and reactions. And having your hud on. Hope to see more!
Definitely not a challenge that's suitable for your short series, but seeing these reminded me of my first "successful" character in a "zero to hero" challenge! Homeless man with alcohol addiction, starting at 8 or 10 stats across the board, goal is to not only get 20 in every stat and overcome addiction, but to also get enough mutations down the Prime tree to get the "Prime Human" title in your character's page! It was so satisfying to reach that goal with such a difficult character, but that was countless builds ago. I should retry it now with the more recent ones and see if it'll still hold water. Stats through skills and kills are probably more of a must now more than ever.
I'd like to see some monster hunter style challenge of trying to take down so many creatures. Possibly within a certain manner of days or maybe hunting down a notable monster connected to the survivor like a zombie hulk or such that they can realistically take down within the span of a short series
I haven't played CDDA in about 1.5 years, I'm not sure if they have made any changes to the scenario. Still, I never managed to survive the abandoned hospital without making an insanely broken character or re-rolling spawns until I got lucky.
Ah, I've missed these types of videos. Your Innawood series was good, but man it got to be a trip after a bit. Not that I don't like longform content, but sometimes I just crave that "new start" feel.
Is there a larger narrative-focused series to come, at some point? I like these challenge videos, but It'd be a lie to say I don't enjoy longer narrative-focused series a lot. Either way, thank you for all the entertainment value.

Is there some weird, enemy photography mechanic? I've never played a journalist, but I'm sure I could create Peter Parker, & snap all dozen or so spider mutants as a challenge.
They buffed grabbing and it's super dangerous now. Food costs for using various devices smoker, microwave, oven (Have you even used appliances yet?) has had a massive overhaul the energy cost per food is significantly higher, so you will spend far more time cooking over fire than using any appliance or tool until mid to late game. I have never seen advanced AR glasses before O.o. Aren't you using an entirely custom music not CO.AG as you advertise? (Fris0uman's ones?) or is it Still CO.AG but ones you've picked from a repository? as the music that isn't Co.AG that comes with otopack one that's from Kenan2000 github repo. ? I'm personally not keen on Ultica as it's far too difficult for me to articulate or make distinction at a glance between zombie types, but it is the most up to date tileset.
I still use CO.AG occasionally and because of that license I have to listed the details that are in the description. This was all custom music for this one though
Fair enough, i really haven't heard any of the CO.AG stuff in so long maybe i've tuned it out of my mind because i listen to it all the time, is this all epidemic music?
