truth is no need to do all that just put all in baking pan no browning sauce no fry 1st just put in the trinity carrots celery and onion spices and beef broth cook 375 for 3 hrs i call it quick and dirty oxtail ..taste the same and is real fast to prep . no fuss same taste - your welcome plus frying oxtail makes your house smell like crap
