When you see them live they will 100% play this since it’s one of their more popular songs (Tony hawk pro skater 4). Also- not sure if you noticed but it’s a different singer than the first two songs. Chris sang the first 2, this was Roger. Another note- at this time the drummer was writing just about all the lyrics.

I really wish Roger was the main lead singer for just about every song. I really like Less Than Jake's songs, but after a while Chris's vocals just become fingernails on a chalkboard to me. It's a personal problem on my end and likely an unpopular opinion. 🙃

I am there cousin and how they got the band name is because they had a dog named Jake and everytime that ate there mom would give Jake all the left overs and then they always got 'less than jake' true story

The first 4 songs on this album are all absolute certified bangers! I personally think the album gets a little stale after that but they're still all fun songs.
I think the preceding album, Losing Streak has more great songs on it, but there's no doubting that their song composition, musical capabities and recording techniques took one hell of a jump upwards on this album.
