It looks like you were drilling into the Aluminium and screwing directly into it to mount the rails, is that the case? You made have been using some manner of self tapping screws for that? Have you have you found the rails work on this printer? I have been worries that they seem designed for downward or linear forces but on a Delta they would get more twisting/rocking forces and play.
Hey, I was drilling and tapping in to the aluminium extrusion, (drill bit is combination of drill and tapp on one tool) :) then I mount rails with machined screws, there are no problems with twisting or rocking.
@@3dicnc awesome. That makes sense. Thanks for the quick reply too. I am enjoying watching through this series. I have wanted to build a large delta and I like the way you have engineered yours.
That's looking fine, I'm looking forward to the super-fast speeds this should be able to achieve!
Its cool
thank you so much share with us

@@3dicnc oh, which brand of rails did you use?
Where do you het the STL file to aline the rails to dril them to the aluminium?
I will upload them later on to thingivers and leave link here
Here is the link for centering tool: www.thingiverse.com/thing:5238168
