Beautiful
I like it
lol I have a very similar setup. Slowly getting there
That thing is gonna be so nice but if I was you I would bye a concert slab and bolt it down to that because concrete stops all the vibration for 3D printers
What’s the nozzle size?
0.8 if I remember right
I thought he abandoned is channel
@jaydenjegachandran557 Nooo, just life is tough. Having 3 kids not leaving much time for things like hobby :)
@@3dicnc oh makes more sense. Is this a custom build or is it base of another printer?
@@jaydenjegachandran557 it is custom build
@@3dicnc will you be publishing the files? also what cnc do you have since im looking in to designing and building a custom toolchanger 3d printer and sls printer
@jaydenjegachandran557 I'm still not sure. The design is a bit in mess as I'm working on my own and not having much time to organise everything properly. CNC is DIY with cast iron base :) will make video on that soon.
Broo, i want to build something like this
I just realized how similar this looked to Tormach path pilot. Turns out path pilot is based off Linux cnc. Also what cnc is this?
Is that motor from Bambu?
yes
@ any idea what’s the max current of it?
Great idea smoother gear mesh!
@@BigfootPrinting not shure but will def find out
Please post more
Any updates on this magnificent printer!?
working on update :)
Beautiful printer. Kudos to you. I don't understand the flying extruder with such a short Bowden. Wouldn't it be better to either make the Bowden longer to reduce the reciprocating weight or make it a direct drive? This is an older video so perhaps you have changed it by now.
Wow 750 whats 😂 sounds like alot
You got a lot of moisture bubbling out
@sonydude2579 Yes, that ABS was sitting out for a long time
Hi, interesting, what size build plate are you running there?
Hey, 370x370, but this was one of the first iterations. after I did LQ on voron 2 years ago
@@3dicnc I'm building a Voron 2.4 at the minute, plus I have an Ender 5 Plus waiting for the Mercury One.1 upgrade (with the Hydra), I did start looking at whether I could mix the corexy top of the Mercury upgrade with a 4 point screw system (with 4 rails instead of the Hydra 3 screw/rail combination) but I need to complete the top end conversion first. To complicate it a little more I was looking at using the printer from the side, not from the usual front. I know you can get a 400x400 plate for the Mercury One.1 from Fabreeko in the US, I may look at. Great work you've done though.
Music to my ears.
Feed rate is pretty slow no?
@@adammontgomery7980 sometimes afraid running faster when it is only fixed with blue tape :)
12 hours shift and still feel powerful when I’m hearing this
That burnt area looks like it isn't stuck to the bed properly.
What’s the water for?
It is for chip evacuation and for lubrication of endmill
how long is the carbon rod? thanks
what type and brand of the motor? thanks
I was using nema 17 from E3D superwhoper version 60mm long
Hi, I just came across your build, very impressed. I'm planning to build my own delta printer, but I'm unable to find information about calculating the length of the rods, can you help. Thanks
Hey, hey, I'm not on Delta printers anymore, but I will drop a look at this and share the link.
@@3dicnc Thanks
Where can I download the step file?
Great video... Very helpful. 👍👍
Take a look at rocksalts valvinator prototype fanducts. Those should perform quite a bit better
Hi. I’m gonna adopt it to my printer too. How do you power your cpap? 5015’s or the big blower? Are you even still using it?
Can we please get an update video on your printers and all the great work you do? Great work as always!!!
Nice😊
Hi. What hotend is this?
it's something I'm working on, but everything is on hold as I'm busy with other things
@@3dicnc Thanks for the answer. Looks amazing. I also think about making one of copper tube and running a NiCr wire around it. Basically something similar to a goliath hotend
amazing, please keep working on this. we need more high flow options@@3dicnc
You should go with a bi-metallic heartbreak
Nice ! I don’t recognize the extruder tho
You should think about decoupling the motor.
What hotend are you using?
In your opinion what's the most important thing to keep in mind for a fast corexy (motors, speed, weight...)
Hi, your project is open source? How i can get drawing from you?
dosya paylaşımı neden yapmadınız?

RPI 4 needs cooling. Pls add at least a passive radiator. Good printer it looks good
it's RPI 3 B+ :)
thanks
it looks beautiful
Hello, a very cool project, do not throw it away and do not give up!
What are you doing with a direct drive extruder on a superlight cross beam
getting ready to test that beam 😀
Looking good so far
I am nutting currently
These is great! My next build will borrow some ideas from you. Do you have the step files for the parts?
I'll try to post them in nex few days:)
is the gantry really twisting or is it a camera effect?
it's because of the camera :)
What machine model is this mill?
it's my DIY milling machine
what's it for??
it's for CoreXY 3d printer I'm working on.
I love it
Hi, I have the same printer. I think I accidentally deleted all the codes. Do you have a source to suggest for me to fix? Or can you help me?
