I shaved my head back during the Covid days of 2020 and haven't gone back. One thing I learned from this channel, Balding is not a choice, being bald is. Also, from my experience when you meet new people, they're not going to question why you're bald.

My father has been shaving his head for as long as I've been alive, he still has a fantastic hairline for his age, but he chose to shave anyway. Knowing someone like him who confidently rocks the shaved look by CHOICE has completely eliminated any sort of stigma around shaved heads that I may have had. While I am nowhere close to balding I still shave my head for the convenience and because my father taught me to love the look haha. I hope more men learn that shaving your head isn't admitting defeat, it is CONFIDENCE!! Lovely video.
I think i lucked out in the hair department, on my mother's side they have really good hair, even my grandpa being in his early 90s still have thick hair, so does his brothers, his father was the same, my mother has really thick hair as well, i got a direct copy of my grandpa's hairline, i am close to my 40s and i have the exact same hairline and thickness as i did in my early 20s. I am very thankful for not having to deal with genetic hairloss, it looks awful on young men.
You honestly look better without hair than you do with hair - you were born to rock the bald look brother. You’re gonna look ever better once your scalp gets a nice tan, which will naturally happen over time.
From balding hair, yes. But not from a full head of hair. You know, a person with a full head of hair can shave bald. But a bald person can't gain full hair to rock.
Don't be afraid of going full bald, you can definitely look good and be confident. What you can control is being in shape and grow a beard if you are able
Watching these videos finally gave me the courage to go ahead and shave mine, I started balding when i was 19 and i tried everything i could to try and hide it, eventually it got so bad that it was pretty much impossible to hide and everyone would always point out that i had a bald spot and that my hairline has been receding, Ive always gave it a lot of thought to just go ahead and shave it all off and get it over with but i was nervous that i wouldnt look good without hair. Watching these videos finally gave me the courage to shave it off today and i honestly feel so much better, its just a huge relief to not have to constantly worry about trying to make my hair look a certain way. If anyone is thinking about doing it you might as well just do it, i promise youll feel so much better, your friends might say something about it, but it'll all come and go, plus think about the amount of money youll be able to save on shampoo and conditioner 😂
Looking smart and stylish Patrick! Recognise feeling vulnerable at first. There is strength in that. Now I feel more powerful in exposing myself. it takes time, dont worry.
Fair play! Takes alot of courage to remove the guard from the clippers. I started thinning when I was 22 and spent 18 months trying to master the comb over. Are you on 💯 with other areas of your life? Grooming, hygiene, style of clothes, interests, body, finances? Focus on the things you CAN control and be excellent at it. Can agree. Not balding either, woke up one day and saw myself in the mirror with horrible bed hair. Instead of combing I decided to shave bald and I love it. The feeling is nice and I don't need to style my hair anymore. Keeping it smooth from now on. Maybe I'll grow my hair out again in the future, but for now I'll sport the bald look.

I have a hypothesis, please respond if you have done this and seen any results. People who have tried Minoxidil or some other scalp lotions for hair growth they always put it on their un-shaved heads, this in my opinion reduces the amount of liquid applied to the scalp because the liquid gets applied to the hair and thus reduces the amount of solution applied to the scalp. WHAT IF you apply minoxidil to a shaved head? This is my hypothesis, my guess is that if you apply minoxidil to a shaved head, all the liquid gets into the scalp instead of soaking some of the hairs. My guess is that applying minoxidil on un-shaved heads increases it potency. Also, laser therapy, if you still have some hairs, the light gets blocked by some of the hairs, thus reducing its efficacy, BUT WHAT IF you use laser therapy on a shaved head where there is hairs blocking its light? Of course this is for subjects that still have hair in the balding spot. Anyone?
Have been shaving my hair since high school - Now in my 50s I'm letting it grow - and to my surprise - my hair is full and have thick hair. I have always liked my hair super short - almost bald (1" on top and 1/2 fade on the sides), and now with this full head of hair - I'm enjoying it. It feels great until the wind hits it as I'm driving - but other than that it feels good to have hair.
Looking great! As someone who's been shaving his head for 25 years it's always funny to see inexperienced guys having a go, you can tell immediately hehehe
Looks good man. Now you are free! Vunerable or exposed are good words for that initial shave because that first step is a big one as your ultra paranoid. A few weeks and a good tan and your a new man. By the way you'll probably wear more hats now it gets cold with a blade zero! 😀
You look great! Shave it down to 0 with electric shaver. I shaved my head for the first time last month due to thinning hair as well. I felt apprehensive at first, but now feel great! I recommend the Braun series 9 pro. It gives a smooth blade like shave with no risk of getting cut.
Stuck in that transition phase of not being able to accept I’m bald and need to just shave it all off .. had a good innings up to 38-40 given my old man went bald in his early 20s
I was forced to get a hair transplant instead of shaving my head. I was told if I would shave my head I was going to be kicked out of the house. Right before the hair transplant treatment they shave your head to prepare for the extraction and I did feel an instant relief of stress and anxiety fall. I wish I could've walked with just a shaved head for a while instead of going with the treatment. It would've saved me a enormous amount of money and would also have been better for my self confidence. A hair transplant can be done whenever. I am about 3 months into the hair transplant journey and it fucking sucks. I got ingrown hairs and parts of the transplant didn't work so I most likely need a second round. Its not the quality of the work or the place that did it, they did an amazing job. Let's hope the end result will be worth it.
When i was about 17 i started losing my hair and I've always wanted to be a rock star talented but was upset of the fact that all of my friends had hair and my favourite musician aa well. One day i was feeling down and my dad walked in my room and asked me what was wrong. I told him that my hair was falling out and was concerned about becoming bald. His answer to me was son with a face that you have i would rather be bald and have a gorgeous face like you. that made me feel so good ,and you know he was right i do have a beautiful face .
when you shave youre head its like you got nothing to hide anymore... i agree its better then trying to maintain something that keeps runing from you... its just like a relationship.... as long as you try to keep her you will lose her more but not only that... youre self respect energy and maybe much more... so yeah... it a relief i think....
Honestly the best way. People spend so much money and more importantly time, dealing with combating baldness. Social media tries to portray baldness as a disease when it's mostly genetic. Just the usual crap trying to make everyone look exactly the same. Sure a lot of women don't like bald men, but a lot don't like fat men, short men, men with no confidence, overly confident men. So many variables, what's the point in worrying. Be yourself, be happy, and the right people will stay, enter your life. Coming from a bald guy with a beautiful wife and 3 kids.
Something you find out when you lose your hair is that people don’t care. Most women don’t care as well. Appearance doesn’t matter as much for guys (although you should be in good shape, well dressed and hygienic), what matters is confidence, competence and “complication” (mysterious).
that is true, I am not balding but I decided to try out that new look and people in my neighborhood don't care that from one day to another I went from a full head of hair to bald. Only people that might care are my parents and I am sure hell will break loose if they visit next week.
"Most women don't care" is untrue. Don't care = now you're more invisible to women from an attractiveness standpoint. Don't get it twisted, women are more attracted to a full head of hair.
@Re3iRtH Not true at all! SOME women don't like bald guys, some don't care but SOME are into bald guys like you couldn't imagine...... different women like different things 👌😀

@@Jokerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Hi, Jack! I get it that you want hair!!!☺️Did you read anything I wrote? Are YOU on point in the other areas of your life? Are YOU reading interesting things so that you become more interesting? We’re not worried about the other ppl. @@texasgoddess323 women with universal alopecia use hair system… why a man can’t use it?
Bro u can rock the look. I cannot because my head is just too big but I wish I can because not having to worry about hair whether land, sea, rain or shine, seems like a dream.
looks absolutely awesome well done, welcome to the crew :)
I’m not losing any hair but shave my head regardless. Love the clean look and feeling.
So happy for you man!! Looks great 🤙🏼
Good for you bro. Very open about how overall hair loss had weighed heavy. Looks sharper in the 2 pics at the end
Good man. You look fabulous and you’re on your way to freedom. Enjoy your life! 😊
What a transformation! You look great! Keep that look for sure.👍
Im 55 and still have most of my hair but if I had thin hair I would just keep it shaved or very short…theres nothing to hide just be you…life goes by really fast and you will regret the time and energy wasted worrying about hair loss..
The lack of hair brings the focus back to you. Your eyes, your face are great so enjoy the freedom you now have.
Anyone?
Hey. At least you got a dopeass beard! I'm balding and have a patchy ass face! Looks great brutha.
Any man that embraces baldness and goes bald with a beard is a chad with massive confidence influx.
Looks really good, emphasizes your good features even more.
You look so good man, the bald for sure suits you well
I’m where you were at in your late twenties, now, at age 34. You look good with a shaved head man!
You have a great head for shaving. A lovely thick beard as well. You're a very good looking guy. Hold your head high.
Looking great! As someone who's been shaving his head for 25 years it's always funny to see inexperienced guys having a go, you can tell immediately hehehe
Bro’s eyes are gorgeous
Real talk
Glad we’ve had abit of a run of content last few weeks 💪
Might be a little break for a few weeks now unless anyone else comes through because…..I’m next

@@Baldcafe 👍👍 boom! amazing! I’m looking forward to it.
You look great man, I think the beard creates a good balance
Look good on him. Shape of Skull is the main stuff. His well rounded looks good
Looks good man.
You genuinely fit the look my guy
Stuck in that transition phase of not being able to accept I’m bald and need to just shave it all off .. had a good innings up to 38-40 given my old man went bald in his early 20s
Please check out my course for guys who are in your exact position. baldcafeway.com excited to get an update from you when the time comes 👍
Bro being forced? that sounds absolutely savage brother
This look is really good on you. You already look free and unencumbered.
You look decent bald dude. I went the transplant route, will get a second one soon. Best wishes man.
Looks great! Just need to fade the sideburns into the bald sides.
When i was about 17 i started losing my hair
and I've always wanted to be a rock star talented
but was upset of the fact that all of my friends had
hair and my favourite musician aa well. One day
i was feeling down and my dad walked in my room
and asked me what was wrong. I told him that my
hair was falling out and was concerned about becoming
bald. His answer to me was son with a face that you have
i would rather be bald and have a gorgeous face like you.
that made me feel so good ,and you know he was right
i do have a beautiful face .
Yo Bald looks good on you!
Man you look fantastic it really looks great
Damn bro, you look fucking amazing without hair! 🎉
Also, please keep hats around still, great for shading the vulnerable scalp from UV 👌
Welcome to the club
You look awesome dude!
when you shave youre head its like you got nothing to hide anymore... i agree its better then trying to maintain something that keeps runing from you... its just like a relationship.... as long as you try to keep her you will lose her more but not only that... youre self respect energy and maybe much more... so yeah... it a relief i think....
Bro you look great!!
best choice ever , you just look good and clean .
It suits you, man! Good choice.
It looks great man! Thanks
Well done man! Welcome to the group!
Ne regrettez pas ça vous va hyper bien , on ne vois que vous
You look great brother, you got a good face, you can definitely pull it off.
Looks nice short.
Good job! Looks good! I did micropigmentation! Absolutely recommend it!!! But make sure you find the right craftsman!
you look awesome man!!!
Women dont care in the sense that they didnt care about you whether you had hair or not. Now it is just worse lol.
@Re3iRtH
Not true at all!
SOME women don't like bald guys, some don't care but SOME are into bald guys like you couldn't imagine...... different women like different things 👌😀
In my personal experience women like confidence above all, even those who claim not liking bald guys are attracted to a bald confident man.
Excellent decision. Keep your head shaved and have fun with your facial hair !
Looks amazing suits you bro! Embrace it brotha!
Flakes from minoxidil? What preparation were you using?
Idk why i feel its scalp ringworm , he should have gone to a dermatologist to check if he had scalp conditions , getting redness dots on scalp is not normal n can be sign of an infection. Most hairs regrow after treating it with oral meds
@@minsharminni3177 Now that he's shaved he should use the big 3 plus microneedling and see what springs up... that is, if he cares about it at all at this point.
100 percent better now. It really suits you. Well done for taking the plunge 👍😊 Yeah..... So much better bald.
You have a good bald look, not everyone can pull it off
Looks great bro!
i ordered Minoxidil, im also lacking a beard so i cant go bald
Looks great bro, bald is for bosses 💪😎 that's the new hashtag for baldCafe now #baldisforbosses lol
