I've thought about shaving my head but always thought I was too young but seeing people my age and relating to them is motivating me to just go and shave it all off. Actually, it's all about having the right shaped head. Also, the pattern of baldness makes a big difference to the aesthetic. No one wants an 'egg in the nest look haha

I’m 25 and my hairs been falling out for the last 4 months because of late onset alopecia. Finally took the plunge today and shaved it all off, razored down to the skin and it feels f*cking amazing. No more worrying about trying to hide my hair loss on zoom calls, or my hair falling out on my pillow/in the shower. Take the plunge guys, you’ll look and feel so much tidier once it’s gone. Thanks for this channel and these videos, been a real help.
@@damienoptc7222 man what i could tell you is, that nobody has the perfect head shape for being bald, like you and me, it just happen, but you could try not to shave at the beggining but try the clipper number one, while you can feel comfortable. And let grow up your beard, if you dont have beard a clean style is nice as well. You can do it.💪👈

I went bald at 19...my son starting balding at 17...its tough on the ego, especially if you had long hair. Ive found that once its done people just accept it as your new look. No one even mentions it, and its seems that women don't care. Just rock it with confidence.
My dad went bald when he was 16 shaved it off. I never knew him with hair. I've looked at old pictures and personally find that he looks weird with hair. The big thing is you yourself getting used to it and your family and friends but just walking around, no one even knows anything different and eventually you and everyone around you gets used to it. It's not as big of a deal as some people make it out to be.

I'm a woman and I found this channel looking for information on traction alopecia. I had no idea that men really had so many complicated thoughts about their hair and struggled with just shaving it. I've watched many of these videos and without exception, the men look better after they shave their heads. We all have stuff we're insecure about, but guys you look great with a bald head : )
Please dont lie. It is NOT looks good at all. Bald head makes you look like 45 even if you only 25. It is fkn unhealble pain in the heart. I hate this shit and this live for that. Why the hell I have to be bald at 25 if many people dont even have this problem at their 70. This is bullshit.

After decades of chatting with other women about what we like about guys and their looks, I barely ever, barely ever!, hear anyone mention baldness as a bad thing. Only ever in the context of "going bald," rather than actually being bald. I've heard many, many more women express that "bald men are sexy." Of course, everyone is different. Each person has certain things they are/aren't attracted to. But that's true about everything. Some people are going to be attracted to you; some aren't. No matter what. Hair or no.

Besides, most men experience some sort of hair loss by their 40's so it would really be limiting to say no bald men. Thinning/Brittle hair and a receding hairline will seriously age a man (or woman), and shaving it off takes years off your perceived age. I'm a woman and I have my own issues with hair loss so who am I to judge?
Man, I know that feeling when you turn on the clippers and realize what is about to happen. The first time was scary for me but immediately after I began getting compliments and I grew to enjoy the new look and grooming routine quite a bit. Good for you man!
@@damienoptc7222 I would play around with different lengths also maybe try a hair fade where you take the sides down shorter and leave the top . Also beards are also a good way to balance out an uneven head . I myself have a peanut head which comes out at the back and i use different hair and beard styles to help balance it out . Don't give up I'm sure you will get comfortable with it after a while 👍
Depends on how much hair you have left and your balding pattern honestly. For diffuser who still got a hairline left I agree, 0 buzz looks great, but if your hairline already starts at the top of your head or your crown is fully bald, I'd go with a wet shave instead.

Bro I relate soooo much to this guy!!! I’m 18 now and got telogen effluvium and that triggered my genetic hair loss to start so I’m balding early but man its insane how much value I gave to my hair. This experience humbled me bruh I’m not that mad anymore.. The amount of guys I see that give soooo much attention to their hair and how it’s looking every second of every day (I used to be that) when really it ain’t that deep it’s just dead protein on your head…

Yeah but you have to worry about shaving it constantly otherwise you'll get that weird horseshoe look. Why not just hop on finasteride and save your hair?

I've been on it for over a year and it's been worth it. I regularly get horny and have no problem getting an erection. It is indeed your choice though.

Hair loss is a paradox. It happens to so many guys, and doesn't discriminate, that you'd expect people to empathise. But that's actually often the reason they don't empathise

0 buzz is the best if you've got a hairline left and no bald patches. Depending on how fast it goes, this will look good for quite a while. I too rocked this for a while, but I switched to razor shaving as it progressed further.
This channel so inspirational, I was never brave as the guys on your videos to cut all my hair off until I was a lot older, but seeing that the guys featured on this channel who are way more handsome than me just shave it all off makes me remember how stupid I was and how much of my life I have wasted worrying about my hair. hope all these guys are happier now which I'm sure they will be and also anyone who is balding and considering shaving their hair off to just do it like these guys.

would you ever be willing to do just a general skincare routine for men? i know thats a little different than what you usually do, but there's just so much conflicting info out there online and i think a lot of guys (myself included) consider you a trustworthy source for that kinda thing.
It gives you a military look. Looks great. Stay in shape dude and you will have no problems turning heads at all. You have a great head shape for shaved. You have other options later. If you want more density then try micro pigmentation. If you want that mop back then get a system. Have fun with your looks and don't stress about it.
From the photo at 2:03, it looks like he has a lot less density than he did later on, such as 4:44. Seems like the minoxidil or another treatment certainly helped him regain density.
I have recently braved the shave and I'm still trying to get used to it. Although I felt instantly better as that bald patch was no longer. Every video I watch on here of other guys doing it I have never felt OMG he looks worse. Everyone I have watched they have looked 100 times better.
I went to school with a kid back in the early 1980's, at 14-15yrs old he was bald as a coot. Never bothered him nor did it bother us. Weird how different things effect people. Started losing mine i'd say around 30 but very very slowly and 20+yrs later still losing it but it's never bothered me because for near on 45-50yrs i have always had a buzz cut hairstyle. I have always wished i never had any hair or stubble because i hate having to waste time shaving and cutting it off. I did wish to have alopecia once.😐
He wouldn’t be enjoying it tho. He’d be constantly worrying about it. Every day he’d have to go through a routine of covering up his balding. He’s done the right thing. I wish I’d had his balls. I went with your option instead and had twenty years of worry. Then last year in lockdown I shaved the fucker off. Now I don’t care. I just feel great like him.
I have psoriasis started going bald at 19 jumped on minoxidil and finasteride for about a year see a massive difference. but stopped taking due to the psoriasis reaction to the minoxidil also the finasteride can have side effects which can be a downer I now have a level 0 buzz & eat clean and try to stress less to control the psoriasis on the scalp. I hope this helps anyone who’s reading this in the same boat or even looking to shave there thinning hair ! 🤜🏻🤜🏻💪🏻
Often in life things happen to you that feel and seem like a curse when in reality they are a blessing. This guy had to lose his hair to find himself. Relying on looks can leave a person vain, materialistic, and shallow for the rest of life, missing what really matters. He probably feels alot stronger, less distracted, and more present and purposeful because he lost the luscious locks.
This guy looks great with both the buzz cut and fully shaved. Definitely helped by being a good looking dude in the first place and having a nice head shape too. Looks just as good as when he had his curly locks and could definitely still get modelling jobs for sure.
You will go far in life. You still have jawline that will add to your facial aesthetics. Coupled with raising your SMV in Asia, you'll live like a king.
Bald is a style like any other style of hair. You can actually look better with the bald style look than with hair, as in this case. This young man now has a very distinctive look which suits him perfectly. He looks more handsome now than before.....

We do really weird things to cover our baldness but when we decide to accept it, feels like if you take off a weight from your back.

I never comment but I figured I'd throw my 2 cents in. I'm a 22 year old and I've dealt with hair loss since 19. This channel has gave me so much more hope and confidence in the process. I am afraid to shave my head but after seeing how great everyone looks afterwards I want to go through with it for myself. Who knows maybe I will join the channel and make a video for myself about it! Thanks baldcafe this is a great channel.

0 buzz is the best if you've got a hairline left and no bald patches. Depending on how fast it goes, this will look good for quite a while. I too rocked this for a while, but I switched to razor shaving as it progressed further.

This channel so inspirational, I was never brave as the guys on your videos to cut all my hair off until I was a lot older, but seeing that the guys featured on this channel who are way more handsome than me just shave it all off makes me remember how stupid I was and how much of my life I have wasted worrying about my hair. hope all these guys are happier now which I'm sure they will be and also anyone who is balding and considering shaving their hair off to just do it like these guys.

Bruh, it's not always about the hairline. He clearly showed he was going bald from the backside of his head. There was a wide bald spot there.
So true! I got to the point at 41 it was so thin that when I did shave it off the new look didn’t even shock me 😂. I spent over twenty years years obsessing about my hair. At least these guys won’t have to waste those years doing the same.

would you ever be willing to do just a general skincare routine for men? i know thats a little different than what you usually do, but there's just so much conflicting info out there online and i think a lot of guys (myself included) consider you a trustworthy source for that kinda thing.

It gives you a military look. Looks great. Stay in shape dude and you will have no problems turning heads at all. You have a great head shape for shaved. You have other options later. If you want more density then try micro pigmentation. If you want that mop back then get a system. Have fun with your looks and don't stress about it.

From the photo at 2:03, it looks like he has a lot less density than he did later on, such as 4:44. Seems like the minoxidil or another treatment certainly helped him regain density.
I have recently braved the shave and I'm still trying to get used to it. Although I felt instantly better as that bald patch was no longer. Every video I watch on here of other guys doing it I have never felt OMG he looks worse. Everyone I have watched they have looked 100 times better.

I went to school with a kid back in the early 1980's, at 14-15yrs old he was bald as a coot. Never bothered him nor did it bother us. Weird how different things effect people. Started losing mine i'd say around 30 but very very slowly and 20+yrs later still losing it but it's never bothered me because for near on 45-50yrs i have always had a buzz cut hairstyle. I have always wished i never had any hair or stubble because i hate having to waste time shaving and cutting it off. I did wish to have alopecia once.😐

I went with your option instead and had twenty years of worry. Then last year in lockdown I shaved the fucker off. Now I don’t care. I just feel great like him.

I have psoriasis started going bald at 19 jumped on minoxidil and finasteride for about a year see a massive difference. but stopped taking due to the psoriasis reaction to the minoxidil also the finasteride can have side effects which can be a downer
I now have a level 0 buzz & eat clean and try to stress less to control the psoriasis on the scalp.

Often in life things happen to you that feel and seem like a curse when in reality they are a blessing. This guy had to lose his hair to find himself. Relying on looks can leave a person vain, materialistic, and shallow for the rest of life, missing what really matters. He probably feels alot stronger, less distracted, and more present and purposeful because he lost the luscious locks.
This guy looks great with both the buzz cut and fully shaved. Definitely helped by being a good looking dude in the first place and having a nice head shape too. Looks just as good as when he had his curly locks and could definitely still get modelling jobs for sure.

Bald is a style like any other style of hair. You can actually look better with the bald style look than with hair, as in this case. This young man now has a very distinctive look which suits him perfectly. He looks more handsome now than before.....

Every one is not very good looking....At 17-18 i lost lots of hair ... 😑.. But when I see this type of vedio of 18,19,20 y guys .. My confidence increases from 10% to 70%.....thanks ❤❤ for supporting💪
