High regard and respect to their seamstresses, seamster, pattern cutters and technical designers who worked really hard to complete a seamless and impeccable clothes. These people are irreplaceable and the heart of the atelier.
@@robertbonds6680 the people who spend tens of thousands do. If seamstresses can match a seam in a 50 dollar shirt at Macy's then surely an atelier can do the same.
He is a genius. His team are magicians. Thom Browne is a little under the radar when it comes to mainstream awareness but his designs are fantastic but thrillingly wearable. The execution by his workshop staff...speechless. 😍😍😍
Yep. And I'll always credit Karl for being honest about revealing that HIS breakfast was always Diet Coke in a can and a cigarette. It may go some way to explain why he's no longer with us, ahem.
I truly enjoyed this video! Much respect to all parties involved and for Thom Brown allowing us to come inside his world for a more intimate experience of what goes on behind the scenes to bring everyones ideas to life.
Thom Browne IS an American treasure !! I had to stop the video several times just to take it all in !!! HE HAS ONE OF THE Best Fashion houses in the world .❤❤❤❤❤👏👏👏👏👏💕💕💕💕.And may I add consistently creating innovative creative garments, that you know is Thom Browne .I'm a Huge Fan !!!
Thom Browne always serves with these collections~ also huge shoutout to the design team and seamstresses for making it happen. they really know their craft and it's amazing to see !!

Thank you for showing us around with your day! It was very fun and I love the places so much! Would love to come there one day as well! Thanks for sharing this with us!! Have a great day all.
It was very interesting to see embroidery being done in a lot of the pieces after it's finished construction. I assumed it had to be done in flat pattern pieces stretched on the frame
I always enjoy the story and reasoning behind a designer’s show even if I don’t like the clothes themselves. However, I loved the mermaid design on that white jacket.
I'm not a fashionista (though what I wear always matter), but this collection had me mesmerized. It was somehow incredibly moving. Like the couture equivalent of Yo Yo Ma playing the Bach cello concertos. I guess the use of Moonlight Sonata (twice) in the show delivers the equivalent.
Great video. The mermaid dress would've been stronger if the back was cut out so you could see the model's skin underneath the fish ribs. Still a great dress and enjoyed the video.

But they couldn't match the stripes on the bell sleeves?
@@thedarthflagger you cant match stripes on curved lines that are not symmetric
@@thedarthflaggerwho cares about matching

Coffee and something not healthy for breakfast is the realest anyone has been in this series
Yep. And I'll always credit Karl for being honest about revealing that HIS breakfast was always Diet Coke in a can and a cigarette. It may go some way to explain why he's no longer with us, ahem.
Its just if you have seen the models they actually eat healthy everyday
Lovely. Please make more content like this. We come here for designers and art, not fake celebrities.
Yessss!!! Agreed! I want to see more of this!
Yo: I am screaming @fake celebs🤘
Endless profile building
It's contagious watching how passionate the artist is. Happy watching.
there’s a lot of pretentiousness when it comes to fashion but thom is one person who’s artistry I genuinely respect
I don't know which is more remarkable : his runway pieces, or the fact that his entire team is in signature grey and white !
Currently one of the most impressive designer in formal wear. Love love love
The "mermaid" sushi is a wondefful idea. Taking the (sorry Thom) "Millenial grey" and making it couture and beautiful....fantastic
I love how artistic it is while maintaining a gray hue! I love this style 😊
Even his atelier is visually stunning ....he is art ...he is theatre....beautiful creative calm gentleman....🙏
it’s so cute how he always mentions andrew, his husband 😭
Well thats a real fashion designer, i love his creativity and the way he makes the runaway be an actual story

they need to drop the white lab coats though. that is trashy and disrespectful to front line medical workers during the pandemic.
Not to mention the mismatched stripes on the sleeves

@@thedarthflaggerdon’t worry, as per your request that seamstress got fired after the show for that
with the intricate storytelling throughout the collection feels very galliano - first couture collection since him that feels new and inspiring
The mermaid coat was such a mesmerizing beautiful unique piece! I almost cried when I saw it lol so Schiaparelli
I remember volunteering for his brand a couple of times. Very professional and very humble ❤
Thom is just blooming wonderful.

Love the grey suits you can never go wrong with a nicely tailored suit. The underwater theme with all the embroidery on the different pieces.
This is so beautiful and creative to watch. I am. Inspired to level up my tailoring after seeing all this beautiful clothes.
I love that even Thom’s Driver is so well put together. It says a lot about his perfectionism.
This series of videos is such a brilliant idea 🩷🩷🩷

his outfit looks amazing i want one
I love it, loving how artistic he is❤ gray theme of suit style is very elegant and unique.
I love the mood & tone of the film.😍🗼❣️
Meilleure chaine TH-cam
Thom Browne is like the more conservative proper cousin of Tim Burton. If he made a wybie POV of Caroline the design would be fabulous.
i may not be able to afford a piece, but it is very very inspiring
He sounds very humble person
I love to hear a designers inspiration story
I would love to see him in his own variety of silhouettes!
When he mentioned Visage, I immediately liked the video.
Perfect ❤
He’s out of this world

he is an insane person & I love him.
You made fashion simple, very nice.
Those shoes are beautiful!
I love his color scheme. Some of the jackets are nice. The puffy ones look strange. Very interesting.
He is amaaaazing...
Very fine video. Thanks so much! 😊
So many questions!! His lil helpers outfits!

Amazing creativity, Inspiring
I like how the train headpiece at the end also resembles a lobster or shrimp which goes with the nautical theme
Huge fan 👏👏👏👏
It was so very interesting❤
I am really excited about Mermaid sushis
This is what happens when you have a huge backer, not too many designers has a team like this.
