Thank you for taking the extra time to explain the process of making our own designs. That’s a very kind and generous thing to do. Your cards are gorgeous!
Yes, I normally use my regular die cutting machines to make those types of cards but I'm all ears and eyes for this tutorial especially because it will be hands free.😉
The glue is fabulous! Ordered it and have never been so pleased with any glue I have ever used. The tips are amazing for fine details. Thank you SO much!
I love watching your videos. I’ve been using cricket for a long long time, but just got into it again. I love how you use so many different elements of Design Space. Sometimes I get the same result, but it takes me so much longer. You are a wonderful teacher.
...I do not have the die cutter and most diy cards utilize that process. Thank you Jennifer for sharing these cards. I made the feather cards years ago and everyone was impressed.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! My Peacock card turned out beautifully, and was sooo easy thanks to your files. You are the best! Next, a custom card!🤩🤩
I just designed my first side edge card and boy howdy, was that a RIDE! I'm blaming myself for not just making one of yours first though LOL. The results are 100 percent worth the effort, and I have new respect for you and your team!
I have made cards at home since I was a little girl. Without the Cricut though, it was a lot of work. I enjoyed making everything by hand but thank goodness for Cricut The cards are beautiful.
Thank you for sharing this! I've been wanting to make these for years, but never knew how. This is amazing, and I made one whilst watching your video :D
I have been trying to figure out how to do this. I knew I was missing a step but not sure what...I have a particular design I have been looking at. You totally made my day! Thanks Jennifer you are an inspirations to us all.🤗
I just made the peacock one and it turned out beautiful. I showed my husband and he was so impressed (he’s not easy to impress either)! I can’t wait to try designing my own side edge card. Thank you so much for yet another great tutorial!
You are amazing Jennifer. I’m such a beginner but everything I do (following your instructions) has helped me learn. Thank you for the tutorial and for the free downloads. ☺️
Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful tutorial, I love the peacock design the most and am going to have a try doing some side-edge Christmas cards using Gingerbread men, baubles and presents. Something I would have struggled with without your tutorial.
Jennifer, you rock! We made the peacock and tried to write Thank You like shown in the picture, but couldn't figure out how to make it print...it wanted to CUT so we elimated it!
Jennifer, just wanted to let you know that, instead of score lines on the flower card, they are cut lines. I had to contour the cut lines out and replace them with score lines. Was a bit frustrating. Otherwise, lovely design. I like making A2 cards, so I just shrunk everything down. Worked very well
In Design Space now you have to change the score lines from cut to score and attach them. That is why I provide the easier option of no score lines SVGs. jennifermaker.com/cricut-scoring-tools-tips/
Thank you once again for these great cards! I don't know how to add my own result :-( I would have liked to share. I combined my Cricut Joy with my Sizzix Big Shot to variate the front of the card to come as Birthday Card.
Hi Jennifer, Once again a great informative video! I love all your videos. I have learned so much from you. Could you tell me if you have written instructions on the section of how to customize these and where I can find them, The part that you are instructing each step with the leaf card? Thank you so much!
@@JenniferMaker i apologise, English is not my first language 😊 I meant to ask, is there any way this could work on the joy as well, with maybe a work around? Kindest regards!
I made the peacock tonight. I had the one with the score line in it, and the first go it cut the card in half! lol! If you want to use a scoring tool as I did, make sure DS says SCORE instead of CUT! Lesson learned! I have some pretty holographic foil card stock, but the back is brown Kraft paper. Kind of ugly with the white peacock. I ended up cutting two of the back/insert and mirroring one of them. I then glued them together so there is foil on both sides. Much prettier!
Hi, Jennifer. Can I “design” my own card using the same steps you used for the leaf card. For example could I do a card using flowers as my edge elements? I’m thinking yes, but I want to make sure. Thank you!
Hi, Jennifer! I'm contemplating buying an Easy Press. I have a wool mat on my ironing board and wonder if i need to purchase the pad or will the wool mat work? TIA
I love the peacock card it’s so beautiful
Thank you for taking the extra time to explain the process of making our own designs. That’s a very kind and generous thing to do. Your cards are gorgeous!

Wow! Have to try this!

QUESTION: How long did it take you to make this video, start, finish, and editing? I appreciate that you give such detailed instructions!❤
It is a long process and a team effort. They vary.
Those cards are pretty
Thank you so much! I'm so happy you like them! 😊🌻
😮 I would love to do these.
Will be doing these

Good evening all
Jennifer I love the side edge cards, do you have a written transcript for the balloon side edge card available?
Here is the tutorial. The method is all the same. jennifermaker.com/celebration-side-edge-cards/
The peacock card shreds, even with a brand new blade. Such a bummer. The card is so beautiful.
It worked beautifully in my venture and my maker 3
@@costasembroiderycorner6025 does the weight or texture of the card stock make a difference? I am new to card-making.

Yes of course!
Hi, Jennifer! I'm contemplating buying an Easy Press. I have a wool mat on my ironing board and wonder if i need to purchase the pad or will the wool mat work? TIA
It is fine as long as you can apply pressure with the ironing board being sturdy without tipping. I do prefer the Cricut pressing mat.
Can you show us how to put a sentiment in the inside of cards?❤
I wish you would make a video on how to DESIGN your own cut files from whatever image you want. Thanks for the video.
