I’m blown away by how creative you are in layering! You’ll pick up a scrap of paper I don’t like, and you put it under another, and it’s suddenly gorgeous! I wish I had your eye for what goes together.
I put projects in "time out" when they just aren't working out for me. Then when I'm in the mood to create, I pull out my time out trays and pick one to complete. Usually it's just for a day or 2 but there have been situations where they sit for months or get scrapped completely.
Of course you can say that the papers are beautiful but it is you that pulls it all together and creates such masterpieces. Again, I cannot select one favorite because just as I lean toward one the next is equally magnificent. 🤩🤩🤩
These cards are so creative, my absolute favorite is the polka dot with checkered and glittered cardstock flower, it’s #9. I love all of the cardstock patterns used in this video, lovely colors! I like the coordinating papers and how they all still match, best take away idea was cutting the end of the delicate leaves die. then you placed the cut end on the other side of the flower.
Wow wow wow! I think the thing that I've learned the most from watching your videos, is to not give up on design so quickly. I have a bad habit of trying something and if it's not 'perfect' the first time I just sort of abandon it rather than doing the work! It helped to see you try so many different sentiments, styles, location etc. I had my "oh" moment, like yeah it does take work and time and effort to get these stunning cards! ;) tfs and the encouragement to pull out patterns and go for it.
