The front suspension on my wife's 211 was all squeaks and rattles. This kit fixed all of that. This will be the fix for many Mercedes Benz cars of this era.

First of spending a lot of money, u can try to spray a Silicon Lube in all joints underneath the front of the car. Maybe with 7 € u can solve the problem 😁
There is a specialty bushing removal/install tool that allows you to do the job with the arm on the car. Or you can just use a press if the arm is removed from the vehicle.
It might be because you are tightening it with no weight on the suspension. Ive heard you have to tighten it this way to avoid extra stress on the bushings

Get bc coil overs I converted to those and holding up just rite.

my w211 had upper ball joints squeecking. many times just injection with lubricant and a silicon batch will fix the issue

I believe they will work. I know the 2010 and up W212 wheels definitely will not.
What is the stabilizer bar? I think the are vertical bars on both sides. Did u ever change that?
