    I will update for you guys ... and I also want to be motivated that is why I update
    Day1: HOLY SHIIT it burns , of course no progress yet
    Day2 : I feel my arms burning and shaking but no difference yet , I will update in 5 days to tell you if it works or not
    Day 7 : I feel my arms stronger but no difference in the looks , hope it will change soon
    Week3 : I see a slight difference but since I see changes I will keep working , but I won't update anymore so goodbye !

    This is a VERY effective video. For people with neck issues or feel shoulder pain with weights - I make it a little harder by increasing the reps.

    I got news for you - me crepey skin is totally creepy!!! But hopefully not for long! Thank you Amber! This is a workout I can handle - I'm a senior citizen but still want to look good. This workout is perfect for me!! 😘

      @Just Mercedes How often do you do these exercises? I would think that also lifting 3, 5 or 10 lbs. weights would help as well with definition. I've heard 3 times a week is sufficient because you need "recovery" in between work outs to see results.

      I was just going to say dude! You have no idea how creepy my skin has! I recently lost 70 lbs and I have never lost this much weight except when I gave birth when I was 19 now I'm 41 and I haven't used my body in about a decade well really for so it's really starting catch up to me. Let me tell you it is really true if you don't use it you lose it

      Naw, please DO move onto the next one. I know how to move the red line back to review if I miss how to do it, and I know how to use "pause" or "stop" and "play". It would take too long to get through it when I'm just really interested in memorizing the moves, so I can make it part of my daily routine.

    I like that all the moves are explained quickly and summarized instead of having a 20-minute video. If you want to do all the reps along with her, just press the SETTINGS button and slow down the playback speed to 0.5 or 0.25

    Guys this really works so well, i don't know if I'm really loosing any fat but this strengthened my core for sure. I've been only doing this once every day for about a week now. I wasn't able to pick up even 3 litres of a water can before and now i can pick up 6 litres. Trust me this works!! :)

    I felt the burn the day after so I know it's working in the areas I need. Thank you. I will continue with these simple yet effective work outs. I wish you had a full video doing them all with us because I have to keep pausing it to finish the reps. Great exercises though. Thanks!

    I love her exercises. I started about 3 weeks ago, but the only problem I have is that I have to pause the tape to do the required number of exercises. I wish she will do the exercises with me, without having to pause every time a change of exercise is required.

    My favorite arms work out.Thank you! I wish you counted till the end together,so I don't have to pause.Anyway I do 2 times together with you that means twice 3:47 min. and does wonders .

    I had 2 wrist surgeries. The first one in July and the last one being on Thurs., Oct 12. I realized that not being able to use my arm to it's fullest has caused my shoulder to stiffen somewhat; therefore, I find these arm exercises to be very helpfu to mel. Thank you for this workout!

    I like these exercises. I do not understand why people are knocking down any type of exercise. Any exercise is better than no exercise. I just did them and they truly burn. I paused the video for each exercise to complete all counts.

    I could tell everyone try it we cannot expect miracles in few weeks but a valuable change about your arms can be expected. the sagging of your arms definitely reduced it will take time to tune your arms but i have been working since last 2weeks i could see the results..... So continue till you get the results don't ⛔stop thank you.

      It’s very effective. I can’t use weights due to shoulder and neck issues. I increase the reps. I use this with my full body workout and Pilates.

      After a week not everyday exercising there's a slight reduction in arm flap.. Not important or noticed but i can feel the difference
      Now another week with everyday exercise.. Wish me luck

    Amber, I really appreciate the exercises to target my upper arms. I definitely feel the burn! My only complaint is that you move from exercise to exercise without giving time to complete the repetitions. I'd have to pause the video, do the exercise and come back. Just wish it was longer so I wouldn't have to do this. I'll make a cheat cheat so I can make sure I'm doing everything correctly. Thanks again for the excellent tutorial.

    I’m going to do this and update every day...
    Day 1- I can feel the burn but obviously don’t see anything yet
    Day 2- still can feel the burn, my arms feel stronger but I don’t see anything yet
    Day 3- forgot to update but my arms feel harder, but not like I have muscles

      you only gain muscles by eating healthy diet that contains protein sources and lifting weights. but I think this exercise can help toning the arms

    I did this and holy crap it burned! If you do it right you WILL feel that burn 🔥
    However, I felt it in my shoulder blades not where the arm fat it lol

      Amanda & Damaris that just means that the muscles are larger and stronger in your shoulders than your arms. There are no nerves in fat so you won’t feel any sensation there while working out. The more you work out and build more muscles, getting more toned and burning fat, the more you’ll feel it in your arms.

    ...second day of this. And it hurts! But i need motivation to keep going. With Likes or replies.
    This is my fourth day. I actually got used to the work outs. Still hurts, but they arent as hard. I cant see results. But ill keep going.
    Day5. It hurts!. My arms are shaking. I added 20 more onto the last workout. I thought it was 40 but it was 20. Now i cant lift my arms. Oh well at least i got more exercise!👍😄
    Day 7 I skipped day 6 for rest. But now its faster. It only took 4 minutes to do the entire thing. Guys I need help. I can tell I'm getting lazy. My motivation is fading. I don't wanna give up so soon.
    Day 9, yes I forgot to update day 8, I did do the workout tho. And I'm just gonna say, people have got to try this. It doesn't hurt anymore. I think I can keep on going. I can't see results. But I think its working. Wish me luck!
    Guys. No FRICKEN JOKE. it works. My arms are actually thinning. Day 11. I thought it wasnt because I still have a sag underneath my arms. But its working from top to bottom!     I changed to weights

      Recent update. This works! I've been doing this for 11 days. I can only do a push up now. But haven't even successfully lifted myself off the ground before! I love this workout. Its easy. Thanks for support. I know there's two. But I would've given up again.👍😊

    I’ve been doing this everyday for about a week and I can see results. About two years ago I lost 30 pounds but since quarantine I’ve gained it all back. I’m trying to lose that weight again. If you do this EVERYDAY you should definitely see results

    Oviously i can fell the burn
    And arm fells lighter

    Thanks for a quick and informative video. I've never seen some of these exercises before. I will try adding them to my workout tomorrow. I'm not sure I'll be able to start with 20-25 each. I'll probably start with 10 each and work up to 25 or more. That's what I usually do when I add anything. I very much believe in the "start slow and stick with it," approach. ;)

    To all of you asking if it work....YES IT DOES my arms are flabby it dosent look great but when i try this method it start shrinking

    I’m doing it for a week. I’ll come here everyday and write my progress here. I’m also trying to eat healthy and without red meat, so I’ll write down my progress with that too. Let’s do it 💪🔥
    Day 1: did it in the afternoon. IT BURNS!!! The good thing is that it doesn't take a lot of time but seems pretty effective. Didn't eat junk food today
    Day 2: did it in the evening. Burns more than yesterday! Didn't eat junk food today.
    Day 3: It’s getting easier) Didn’t eat junk food today either. See y’all tomorrow
    Day 4: It got much easier. Didn’t see the difference yet. Will measure my arms in 3 days. Didn’t eat junk food today
    Day 5: it’s much easier than the first day. Like the difference is enormous. If you’re doing it the first day and think that it’s too hard, it not! You can do it! I ate a slice of margarita pizza today🤧 But it was during lunch so that is ok. See you tomorrow
    Day 6: Tired((( No junk food today.

      Or just do the entire thing multiple times to get the amount of reps you want

    This is my favorite arm excersize video. it hurts so i know its working. thank you for posting this. I am on 39 and already getting bat wing arms. its awful. i dont even want to wear tank tops anymore

    Day-1: Damn it hurts! But I feel good about myself for actually doing it from start to finish.
    I have fat arms that I do need to tone before my wedding. So will update for anyone whoever is interested. 😊
    Day-3: arms ache like crazy but after the stretch it goes away completely. I don't see a noticeable change in my arms but I do feel my my old dress sleeves don't cut into the arms anymore. Maybe I'm overimagining or maybe it's actually happening 🤔either way I'm gonna continue doing it along with my diet. 😊

      @@WormensLikeThat well,i continued for 7days and i did see a difference.Due to exams i had stopped it. Circumference didnt have any drastic change but it did feel toned. Wish i could keep on doing it.thanx for reminding.will try to continue it again.

    imma make a small diary on the process so... here we go !
    Day 1: I don’t feel as much burning, maybe i did it wrong?? imma do it again just incase, but i do feel some kind of adjustment and burning, just very little.
    Day 2: I woke up with aching arms today, so maybe i over exercised yesterday. but today i definitely fell the burn, way too much. felt like my arms where falling off.
    Day 3: basically a copy of day 2. i felt the burn today. I BE FEELING THAT BURNNN THO
    Day 4: i skipped.
    Day 5: so i did it at 10am in the morning and it didn’t feel that bad honestly. maybe since my body was refreshed. i usually do them at 6pm. OR i’m just getting used to them
    Day 6: You know what, after lookin at the mirror i saw that my arms where slightly slimmer. i got excited. So, i did then today and had a little burn. it gets easier everyday.
    Day 7: i definitely see a change in my arms today. it’s gotten easier and i have added five more to each movement, that way to add a difficult level.

    I did this exercise and it worked (i did this for 5 days beforr going to bed) 1 week after, i didnt recognize any difference. I got sick and was cured 3 days after. But 2 weeks after, i noticed that i lost some arm fat with the help of daily vegetables, low calorie diet, 8+hours of sleep, 6 glasses of water a day (i dont drink too much, i had dehydration along the way so it was very tiring) and earlier this morning, i noticed a lot of stretch marks. I lost 2-4 inches of fat despite the 5 day workout

    Yes. As many others have stated, it's 'crepey' due to the fact that it resembles CREPE PAPER. (As well as cottage cheese!) Aging is not for the faint of heart.

    This is a very late comment. Be careful with lateral raises with the thumb down and upright rows. Both can cause shoulder injuries sooner or later (rotator cuff injury in former and shoulder impingement in latter). For lateral raises keep thumb parallel to ground or even pointing towards ceiling but whatever you do, never pinkie first and thumb down!
    Otherwise, great exercises! 😂
