    Honey or maple might be better. The other sweeteners are highly processed and mess with blood sugar

      While both honey and maple are wonderful natural sweeteners, they are not low carb. Allulose is a naturally occurring sugar that our bodies cannot process so that could be an allowable (if you are living low carb) if you wanted a more natural, legal sweetener. I love it and it does not raise my blood sugar. It also bakes and cooks like common sugar. I can even make caramel with it!!!
