My momma got a 572 under the hood from when My dad left to heaven. I love when I get to atleast pull it out the drive way so she can move her Cadillac in.
My grandma had a mid-80s caprice that was mint, and no one in my family understood why they were able to sell it for about $7k around 15 years ago. I tried explaining how easy it was to mod and what donks are, but they didn't get it. I wish I had that car. Edit: grammar/spelling and updating incorrect info.
I had that same identical 76 Caprice Landau you had pictured but in blue the interior looked almost new but it had too much rust. It had a 400 small block and rode so smooth but i sold it in 2019..
Maybe I’m mistaken but I’m pretty positive Chevy never really made a v12 option car at all like you said. That pic and article you have came from a guy that did his own unique v12 swap. There’s not much info on it but it’s been on the web for some time. You can even tell by the pics they weren’t taken very long ago

I love the box caprice. It's probably my dream project car.
You forgot that some of these also came with a factory diesel motor. The ones that came with a diesel were Canadian specs, I believe.
Im glad he put the respectful classic box chevy out there thank you brother

They looked pretty when new wow
During the "Malaise" era. Where everything the american auto makers put out was low powered, castrated, gutted, dog-legged vehicles.
And everything was a five liter engine. From the Ford 302 and the Chevy 305.
History of Cadillac Brougham

Can be built but weak from factory
Do 1 on the c 10 chevy
I got an 85 I'm working on.
All that sounds easy. The hard part is, finding a box with all it's original parts, especially the LS.
It's not hard at all there in every backyard down south the market is just inflated
A BMW engine in a Chevy🧐
Yep! As crazy as it sounds. 🤔

At 26 seconds you said Impala two different ways. Which way is right? The white folk say impAla. Others say impahlah.
I would like to hear your opinion on Buick Roadmasters!
That's more on the bubble Chevy platform. Buick was consider more luxurious than Chevy, but same underpinnings.
