Tina won the Michelin best service category in 2020.
I’ve been there twice and can completely understand why she won. One time I was there with my family, and since we had small children we had the private dining room. Tina also had a baby at the time, but there she was serving us, and then in between dishes she was checking up on her child, which her parents otherwise was looking after. Really impressed by the fact that she could multitask like that.

Love how the Dutch think of design. Love that environment. This story is a good example of “No Pain No Gain”.

Is that a larva underneath the pink flower at 12:34? You only see it move for a split second. Goes to show how fresh the ingredients really are!

Funny that tats and topknot can be gangsta in Denmark. Here in the USA it means "I'm working at an Apple store until I get my food truck going"

some of us are not as lucky to have a brother working at Noma. He still had to work hard though. but some of us had to start from zero without anyone in the industry holding our hands and no initial contacts. glad that he found his purpose and he definitely earned it and made the most out of the opportunities presented to him. not everyone would have made it.

I absolutely love the reviews of the restaurants, the cities the restaurants are in, the chef and his/her background of said restaurant, the details of each dish, and the process of making each dish etc.
I cant be the only one watching these who just does not care about wine as much and gets frustrated when he spends about 15 seconds on a dish then seconds 2 minutes talking about the wine and its history they are pairing it with. Ive been to Michelin restaurants before and dont get me wrong, I very much appreciate the sommeliers and their work but thats probably 10-20% of the entire experience of the meal.
"Our next course was a so-and-so fish in a so-and-so inspired sauce. The texture was very good and the taste was well balanced. I thought it really represented the chefs abilities. Let me spend the next two minutes giving you a history lesson of the wine it was paired with and why its so amazing"
