Hello sir, I have some doubts... For cutting off a unit...we generally put chief index limit for the particular cylinder to Zero from Engine - Chief Limiters - Chief index limit.. So if we cut off the fuel only dowl we also neet to cut off the exhaust valve too as described in your video
Thanks Debojyoti Roy If you are cutting off only fuel oil then no need to cut off exhaust valve. If there is a problem with fuel oil system & exhaust valve then you need to cut off both the system.

Yes we will keep exhaust valve in open condition only, otherwise cylinder head relief valve will lift or no relief vv on head then particular cylinder head will lift.
After deactivation of exhaust vv from MOP, shut oil supply to the unit, then shut the spring air supply to particular unit, after few minutes exhaust valve will opened up and you will see on MOP some lift in mm will be visible, then tighten locking tool because exhaust valve will not close due to compression pressure of the cylinder.

Yes we will keep exhaust valve in open condition only, otherwise cylinder head relief valve will lift or no relief vv on head then particular cylinder head will lift.
Yes exhaust valve kept open position by locking & exhaust valve deactivation on MOP only.
