    Few things I find wrong,liner calibration method by standing on piston without taking out piston and secondly high pressure pipe while installing ,fuel valve installed in high pressure pipe and then same installed on cylinder head which I feel is not the correct way

      You are correct about liner calibration, fuel valve hp pipe having issue onboard that why we tighten up with hand outside then assembled on cylinder head with spanner.

      as per actual exp. and attended of class surveyor we good proper record. some will not follow instruction book but mostly the same,. please share us advantage and disadvantage regarding these above

    Why remove starting air valve

      Starting air valve is removed according to the PMS routine 8000 running hours.
      Or you will removed according to condition based monitoring

      @@rsa2channel257 also starting air valve need to be removed to have space for hydraulic jack. we can not set hydraulic jack without dismantle starting air valve.
