Focus on value- based selling. Believe in the product Understand the importance of price. Have flexible strategies. Don't talk too much. Treat it like a spouse: closing a sale is like proposing to a potential spouse- you shouldn't be worried about the answer. If you are, then you're doing it too soon.
I've been proactively sharing your content with students who are interested in opening their own business. However;on a sad note most of these 'business schools' mainly focus on helping these kids pass an exam. They don't equip them with the tangible mechanisms of how to manage their business successfully. Thank you very much for the invaluable content that you put out. Hey Dan, so i work in retail as a sales associate, my fellow sales associate who was selling the lady a pair of shoes, which her husband kept insisting that it looked great on her repeatedly but ended up with the lady saying no. we were left confused because the lady received what she asked for.
this won't apply in online selling where selling is dictated by how well you handle the chat conversation with prospect->customer... while marketing is the key driver of online sales...
