    Vry.Impressive interview nd lecture bt as a management professional I feel conflict management when occur, concerned teams nd employees are encouraged to sort these out themselves nd grow.I feel learning nd Development gives feedback related to what is the impact they have of using the developmental style of dealing with conflicts, ways to manage conflicts nd state positive impact nd also negative impact on people nd the organization, of the style they use .When mistakes are made they are used as learning experiences.In other words it teaches us managing mistakes.I personally feel it gives emphasis on decision making ie.Reasons for decisions r given, debated,nd discussed to promote Development among workforce to achieve goals.Goal setting is is done learn from each other and employees nd learners are encouraged to discuss nd gain from each other in brief in my views.Training methodologies plays important role in skill development of learners and leaders which cannot be ignored.Vry.Outstanding lecture.Appreciated the entire interview.Thanx👍
