    Video: In this video I’ll tell you a fruit juice good for high blood pressure. Kevin Garce here, to be notified of my future blood pressure videos, click the subscribe button and the bell icon. The juice in this video has more antioxidants than green tea or red wine and contains a high percentage of vitamin c but it’s not orange juice, it’s pomegranate juice. While the fruit itself may be difficult to find, the juice is available in almost every supermarket and you won’t find it in the fruit juice isle with the unhealthy juices, you can find it in a cold case somewhere in the perimeter of the store, not far from the produce section. Recently released research reviewed 8 previous scientific studies, which I’ve included links to down below, they found pomegranate juice showed a significant short and long-term reduction in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
    The researchers concluded it would be beneficial to include it in a heart healthy diet. In another study, 51 people drank 11 ounces of pomegranate juice a day for 4 weeks and lowered systolic blood 3.14 mmHg and diastolic over 2 (2.33). In a 3rd study men with high blood pressure drank 5 ounces.
