Tim this approach really works for me, keeps me right in the zone where I can feel the stretches deepening as the poses gently alternate back and forth. Though it is gentle and very short it really gets me going early in the morning. I have this cued up to return to it on a regular basis.
Great workout 💯 I did some heavy trail run on the weekend (25k 2000m elevation) and felt really sore this morning, your practice helped me get fluids and energy moving through my body. Wow! This was a perfect and quick intermediate flow I can def see myself doing more than once! You weren't kidding when you said the worlds greatest stretch!
really great 10 minute help for xtra tight peeps like me! Did a trail race on Sat. and was looking for some healing stretch. Will do a full hour one tomorrow.

I really enjoyed this stretch routine. It helped me identify an area of my body that is extremely tight and will need to be stretched more. I love this short classes.
As others have remarked, after a poor night's sleep this was great. This intermediate level was fine. The only area of difficulty was the squat, I can't go deep with out going up on my toes. Would love to have my heel on the floor as well.

We all tend to store weight in certain places, looking at what you eat and making sure you’re getting enough exercise is key. Do not try to target your abs for exercise just because that’s where you see you’re storing weight.
