    I know it’s been a long time but this helped me . I couldn’t help but start crying even though we weren’t supposed to feel it …because of my old severe habit of self sabotage. Impulsively caring what others thinks and running to the negative possibilities since being bullied as a young girl.

    This helps me because sometimes I'm feeling that constant chatter of what someone says think or feel this helps to manage in controlling me...🎈🎈🎈🎈

      If you can create an affirmation/better feeling thought for the moment you catch yourself thinking about what others say or do, you can train your mind to no longer do that. So this session repeated for a few weeks, and then as you go through your day, when you catch yourself doing it, simply stop, and then affirm your better feeling thought. It could be as simple as "It does not matter, I choose to feel good anyways". If you are still getting caught up in others stuff you may be getting triggered and it may be that what they are saying is bringing up old unresolved emotions and once you let those go, you won't be triggered anymore. It's good to ask yourself in those moments "what am I feeling"? Is it true, does it matter? I hope this helps.

    I just want to stop caring what others do. Like coming in an hour late every day, leaving early, and sitting on your phone your whole shift, and management doing nothing about you, LEON!

    Is it ok to sit up in a chair to hypnosis? I always fall asleep when laying down which is great because it means im very relaxed...but I like to listen to the entire hypnosis session

    I was laying down doing this meditation and fell asleep. It never fails when I do meditations I always fall asleep. It it just me.
    Then again I thought it may be good cuz everything she is saying is going to my subconscious mind. Any thoughts on this?

      You are correct, it will go into your subconscious so long as you are listening to things you accept :) You may try sitting up instead of lying down, still rest your head and lean back, but sitting up might help you to stay awake :)

      Sometimes it happens to me also. You should really pay attention to what she is saying and don't try to fall asleep. As soon as you feel asleep you should bring yourself back to awareness or you can try as suzanne mam told. Please reply if this help.

      I had someone else mention that too. This is a hypnotherapy session intended to train the subconscious mind to let go. So its ok. But, I understand some people have a different perspective. In that case just don’t do it, do what you believe is right 😃
