- After two days in their hut, it's time to RELEASE THE PIGS into their new pasture! And that's just the beginning of the farm work to be done today. First I take you along as we do morning chores, then it's time to move a batch of broiler chicks to pasture. There's also packing for farmers market, clearing the weeds out from Red the pig's outdoor run, and getting a delivery of six tons of chicken feed. A busy day!

My first time visiting the site. I love it! Im a city slicker who wishes he knew more about the life of farmers, but have never had the opportunity to visit a farm. I feel that if more Ag Managers would post their every day life (once in a while) there will be more respect for farmers and a greater understanding of their challenges. Thank you!
I have great respect for the farmer as he takes all the risk to provide the food for our bellies.

I love that this man has the perservearance to film this for us. I would love to start this , I already have the acreage but don't have the knowledge. Trying to learn where to start and line myself up for making a bit of money. I can't spend another year in a middle management office job.

Quite inspiration. When i was young we farmed like you even the red machines.!!! Now i drive around and see so many small farms farms are gone. Silos and old barns are left behind to tell the story... It is very sad!!! I'm working closer to a goal i have for

My wife and I just finished two days of processing 6 broiler chickens. Slaughter, pluck by hand, eviscerate, and chill, day one. Part out and vacuum bag and freeze today. I don't know if you have done one before, but maybe a video on how you process 300 broilers. The tools, equipment, and supplies you use, and where to source the supplies. We love getting notifications of new videos, great evening entertainment and education.
i don't care how hard i work to me it's all fun to see ev'rything goes well...very interesting working farm!

You have quite a system how to run your farm! Its quite ingenious! I like how you particularly run your hog farm. I have friends in Philippines and they are learning how you do it. If they do anything near what you are doing, they will be very successful at pig raising!

Hi Pete, saw a nice trick once for the algea from an old timer, he used to put a copper brazing rod or two in a similar type of water bucket you are using for the broilers (rods can be bent) , cheap and efective as copper kills of algea anyway thought i share the tip, greetings from South Africa👍
Hand full of copper fittings. I used to put them in the pump strainer basket of the swimming pool I took care of.
