Hi there , your back...Sounds like a similar condition , where the muscles of the lower back go into "crisis" once in a blue moon ( or 12/14 months) I got myself a massaging seat back , so when i feel the situation coming back i do a few sessions & seems to fix it...best is no meds.......As for your day job keep it up 😁
I recommend massage therapy then chiropractor followed by acupuncture. I had similar issues and made a night and day difference years ago. I still have back pain here and there but nothing like it was.
Chiropractor works wonders, but it should be used as a preventative measure. Schedule an appointment every four weeks, six weeks, or whatever you find out what works for you. Speaking from twenty years of back trouble ending with about to have my fifth surgery.
I encountered a snake decades ago in California that was wound up and had a noisy tail with diamond shapes on it's skin. We made sure that snake was barbequed, tasted great like chicken.
I used to have a back problem from a diving injury at age 19. Every 4 years or so I'd feel a little tug in my lower back. The next day I would be nearly paralyzed... for two weeks. And After the 2nd time I knew I needed to cancel all appointments for two weeks and convalesce. At about age 50 I started sleeping on the floor... 1/4" mat. Never had back problems again... and my posture got way better. Lifetime doctor and prescription bills? Zero.

Flat back when lifting and shoveling. My back spasmed just pushing a heavy box under a table while sitting in a chair, I’ve felt your pain, I hope your back gets better.
Sorry to hear about your SI pain. Have they possibly checked for something called Ankylosing Spondylitis? It has a genetic marker called HLA-B26. Probably not that at all, but it came to mind as it often starts in men around your age. All the best as harvest time approaches.
You should start doing planks for your back. My back use to go out every year but I started doing planks for 1:30 every night and it hasn't went out since 👍

"Sunday, Sunday at Receway park!" How about like a truck or tractor shut off in line with the solenoid, cuts it off electrically? Pick one up at deere or the truck place. "Keep the wheels Spinning, and the beavers grinning!"
You have my back...uh... I mean you have the same EXACT back issues I have. Docs can't find anything on the radar but man does it hurt. I liken it to pouring ground glass into my spine and moving around. Takes about 2 weeks and I'm about 70-80 percent. Then a bit more before I can really do a lot.
If you keep burning out solenoids, The solenoid is not the issue, you have bigger issues elsewhere in the system. Or you need a larger solenoid that can handle more amps.
Sounds like you have a pump motor going out that the solenoid powers. Need an amp clamp on it to see how much it’s pulling. Id be betting it’s got worn brushes inside the motor. Either that or there are really bad wires supplying power or ground to it.
I struggled with my back as you do. Just something that you may want to research and check with your doctors, Spinal Cord Stimulator Permanent. My back problem was not spine, bone, etc. they put this in me.... I'm fixed!!!! :)

"Sunday, Sunday at Receway park!" How about like a truck or tractor shut off in line with the solenoid, cuts it off electrically? Pick one up at deere or the truck place.
"Keep the wheels Spinning, and the beavers grinning!"
Raceway park nj?
@@JimLahey14 Ypu that's where the commercial was from!

Awesome spring video let's get to harvest!!!
