Sooooooooo turns out my blonde roots and green hair weren't as much of a look as I thought they were lol. So I tried to get the green out again WITHOUT using bleaching cuz we all know that stuff aint good for you. And I'm happy to say that it actually works weeehoooo. Honestly color correcting my hair is an actual life saver.

My hair was also that mint greenish color, and I didn´t want to go to the store to buy dye. So i took some beetroot juice and mixed it with conditioner. And now I am platinum blonde :D woho!

I have an un healthy addiction to dying my hair too, I literally change my hair colour every month. Pink, purple,red,blond,blue, and so on lol.

So I only bleached my hair one time, I started off with pink, let that fade a bit, put blue over it let it fade, and then lastly I put purple. So I have pink and blue under this. If I were to bleach it what do you think my hair color would be? ):

The dye reminds me of the pink goop they made me bite at the orthodontist to make a model of my teeth. It was the worst.

Love this technique! But next time just let the pink fade instead of going in with a purple shampoo because the purple will bring back those green tones back again.
So purple has blue in it which also makes green when mixed with yellow but the purple would cancel the yellow tones leaving it more violet
KS 29 I’m aware of that, I’m talking about the green tones not yellow tones. I know purple cancels yellow, but if she uses it over what had green under, the green tones will come back out exactly because of the blue in the purple, not a lot but they’ll still show up like she showed us.

What if you did silver shampoo first, and then pink?
It's easy: Put purple on the roots and pink on the rest of the hair.

I have light turquoise roots with mint green/blondish mids and ends...
I bleachwashed over dark purple, blue and teal galaxy hair... and wound up mint green!! lol
Right now I am embracing the mint green. It is a cute summer colour. When I get tired of it, I know a cotton candy pastel pink will work to eliminate the green.
I plan on adding a tiny bit of Arctic Fox Aquamarine into my conditioner each time I wash to my mids and ends. This will help even out the seafoam colour to the roots.
Mint green requires monthly bleaching if roots to level 10... otherwise any yellowish banding will change it into a horrid swampy shade of green... so mint is pretty high maintainance!!

This all happened within the last couple of hours but THANK YOU!!! My hair was neon green (Manic Panic electric lizard and banana) After a couple of weeks the color was still a vibrant green. Today I tried to remove it with the argon oil color remover(Which was nearly impossible to find any remover today). IT WAS STILL GREEN. I wanted to go pink after this green so out of panic and not being able to find any more color remover tomorrow, I decided to mix some of the dye with conditioner like she did and after a strand test my hair was finally a light yellow! Pink spots here and there but i’m dying it pink once I touch up my roots. Oh my god I am so grateful for this video🖤🖤🖤🖤

I accidentally put too much hair dye, if anyone else wants to try this, I recommend adding in a bit of shampoo! after removing the pink and doing it again with shampoo, conditioner, and hair dye, my green hair is finally gone!

Pink billie eilish style shadow root!!! As you wash it the pink colour will bleed on to the rest of the hair and continue the upkeep of the colour correction. Also will look fucking maaaaad✌️🖤

This has happened to me too! What worked for me was i got a magenta tinted hair conditioner, used it a few times and it worked!! End up with the softest pink/blonde!!
to remove temporary crazy color hair dye, like manic panic or directions etc, you just mix shampoo with baking soda and leave it in your hair 😅❤️ also saltwater removes it!
When I had green hair, I directly put red dye on it BEFORE bleaching it and the green was all gone !

I did this exact process on my green hair this summer and it turned purple (which is what I wanted)

What products did you use to cancel out the green in your hair? I tried to level out my blonde with dark ash brown mixed with medium ash blonde and now my hair is like a dark brown/smoky green tint to it.. i need to remove it... so i can get the blondes that are slightly showing to be more prominent..

My hair turns greenish bc I swim everyday and the pool chemicals do that on my hair (I’m platinum blonde) and the only thing that fixes my celery hair is the red shampoo matisse (te one for red hair) it works amazingly, and you so it in the shower
last week I accidentally dyed my hair green, don't ask, so I used red to try and neutralize it like Lind did, it turned bright red with neon green tips, so yeah I dyed my hair brows and somehow it all turned the ugliest shade of poopy green with abt 1cm of ginger roots, I'm tired.

purple shampoo work fast, just let it sit in like for 5 minutes not 10 because you will probably have some purple spots in your hair, if that's your case don't freak out ill would leave before 1 or 2 washes

If you want to get rid of the green completely, find a pink that STAINS your hair! A popular hair colorist snegga_official uses this technique. She has ig stories showing how diff brand colors behave on hair (she colors human hair, then bleaches it/ washes continuously and shows before/after). She is russian, but the stories are self-explanatory!
