I just love how honest and transparent you are. This is a growing process and I like that you continue to try to improve. That’s why we love you! ☺️❤️❤️
As a marketing student this is literally the smartest marketing move I’ve EVER seen!! Utilising your TH-cam platform to market and educate about your products through more than just an advert? Using the theme of video your viewers love?! Bravo, I’m a marketing nerd (and a hairdresser!) and this is absolute genius
Right? That's what I thought. This is genius. He is advertising his product, learning, and educating all at the same time. And I want to try some of his products simply because he's listening to his customers.
I had no idea that cetyl alcohol was an emollient. I was always just like ALCOHOL? BAD. So I’m happy to learn this. Makes me want to learn more about the ingredients that are in things.
Please guys! Some alcohols are “fatty” alcohols and are GREAT for hair and skin. Please do some research on what types of alcohols are and what they do for the skin and hair.
Yeah definitely, it literally just means there's a carbon, oxygen and hydrogen joined together like this C-OH at some point in the molecule. There can be loads of other stuff going on. It's like hyaluronic acid sounds bad because OMG acid that's what made the Joker! But it's actually a great moisturiser :)
Yea there's only really a few bad alcohols that are normally used in many kinds of beauty products. Some alcohols, like glycolic acid, are actually humectants and help with hydration. Others make good moisturizers. Not all alcohols are the same. They're just called alcohols as a way to classify them according to their molecular structure
The first girl who was reviewing his product, she gave AMAZING construction criticism. Everyone should take notes from her. Honest and to the point and not a bunch of pettiness for views. ✌🏼
I feel like the orange and pink dye girl wanted semi-permanent dye to do the impossible. If you don't start with a single tone of evenly bleached hair, it's going to fade unevenly. That's not a flaw of the dye
I bleached and toned my hair prior to using the pink, it had AMAZING coverage but I used the entire thing and I have a pixie cut. The pink was literally highlighter pink!! It was so cool! And then 2 weeks later it had faded to where I needed to re-dye it... Artic Fox lasts 6x longer than the Mondo 😢
@@terrafraser7806 sure, so is Artic Fox and Manic Panic and most hair dyes. They last for more than 2 weeks and are worth the money. You don't have to agree, I'm just pointing out that it doesn't meet competitor experiences.
I like the prana colors best, arctic fox second. I love the faded phase of the colors best, like 4-6 shampoos in. True pink fades fastest and more completely back to blonde while a blue pink will remain longer, even faded.
Can we talk about how the second girl basically shifted the blame on Brad and his color and not on the fact she didn’t bleach her hair properly, and it was like 4 different colors when she applied the color which is why it looks so oddly toned? And why it faded weird too. Like girl. You jacked up your hair. Not Brad.
It also didn't look bad. It was uneven, but looked cool. It was multiple dimensional and added depth. She didn't like it, but it was her own doing and still tries to blame the product. Sometimes people are so lucky that they make themselves unhappy every time they look at it.
So late to this, but that first girl was SO incredibly respectful. They were able to get the point of across without being rude or hurtful and I feel like that is so important. More people should try to follow this example. I feel like videos like hers (and yours) make me more inclined to watch them. I'd rather see real constructive criticism that I can learn from, than someone just bashing.
Seems a bit unfair to be disappointed in semi permanent colour fading when your hair is not one shade of blonde….. Brad is a genius but can’t do the impossible unfortunately 😂 love you!
Yeah my current hair is a marble of different red and pink tones because I dyed it red back before Halloween and it's slowly fading to a dusty rose colour at the ends that were white blonde and the parts that were a Lil more yellow blonde or just less bleached, are significantly darker. And then my roots are a dark brown as my natural colour* grows out
It kind of bothered me. Like how are you going to complain about something Brad has no control over! If you want it fading the exact same everywhere. You need to have it all the same shade. If you want a crisp cold pink. You need cool toned hair. It’s like she ignored simple things that make sense with hair colour and just wanted to crap on the dye. Idk it just rubbed me the wrong way
I didn't feel like she came off disappointed... Her entire video was to review how the colour worked, people that have similar hair to her will now know how the fading process will go, regardless of the fact it happens to hair colouring in general. I found it useful information LOL.
As a skincare formulator and sometimes hair care formulator, I can confirm cetyl alcohol is an emollient that hydrates your skin and hair. It’s commonly used in moisturizers, creams, and lotions too. It also works as a thickener and stabilizer for the products emulsion.
@@TaraLeee Is there an alternative to cetyl? I cant use it on my face ( moisturizers with it) because of my seb dermatitis flares with it. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get my scalp dermatitis under control until I looked at my conditioners. Now I cant find a conditioner without it. So I am looking to make my own before I go bald from the inflammation
Thirded!! I was soooo excited to try Brad’s colour when he first announced he was releasing some then DEVASTATED when I realised he didn’t ship to Aus 😓
First girl on the detox line, she worded the review perfectly. And folks need to do an alcohol education. Cetyl alcohol is actually moisturizing. Wow!! I got a lot of likes here!!!!
@@ItsNaeBihhh.Daaah6 I mean, kind of yeah, for all hair types. Something that adds moisture to hair the way cetyl alcohol does isn't going to like moisturize one person's hair and dry out another person's. The level of moisturizing might vary from person to person, but cetyl alcohol isn't going to act differently in person A's dry hair vs person B's oily hair, it's just going to add moisture regardless. It might be all person B needs to keep their hair moisturized while person A might need a little something extra to keep their hair moisturized but cetyl alcohol will not dry one person's hair out while making someone else's hair moisturized, that just won't happen.
@@bthompson4239 to think every hair type using cetyl alcohol is super beneficial tells me you haven’t looked deeply into every hair type . I have to grow my hair down to my breast , now heading to my navel is the goal . With that being said when it comes to curly hair , it’s clearly stated in studies that a simple google search can provide , it is a good thing BUT with moderation. It’s considered a long chain alcohol & the reason certain hair types cannot use too much is because the alcohol has far more carbon atoms , making them oiler and “fatter”. Certain things can easily damage delicate curly hair especially type 4 category. It’s kinda crazy you think you can say that when my type of hair is the ONLY hair that’s needs protective hairstyles to help grow and maintain moisture. :) hair isn’t one size fits all , never has been lol

I love Brad so much. He managed to say to the girl who died her her pink and orange "yep, that's how hair dye works" in a professional way even though the hair dye wasn't in the wrong
Brad just say it. That girl with the color obviously didn’t have an even color at the start and that’s why it faded bad. We know it, you can just say it lol
I've never seen an influencer WILLINGLY react to critism. Most influencers just get mad and make a 20 tweet comeback on why their product is top tier💀 Brad isn't a TH-camr. He's in a different league🔥💙
You should watch more videos. Plenty of people in the skincare/beauty community react to negative reviews. Many sugarcoat everything and pretend all is well, but others take the criticism to heart and make changes based on consumer feedback. Brad is far from the first to do this.
I’m so happy that he renamed his original shampoo & conditioner to a detox shampoo & conditioner. I was definitely one of those who stopped using the brand after products that were listed as being for every hair type ended up being too drying. I might have to try something in his new line 💕 I hope you do more of these types of videos!
Don't worry Brad. For every criticism out there, there is a girl like me who's damaged hair has been transformed by your products. We love you! Thank you for existing, Beautiful 😘

I know that video is kinda of old, but I just love your honesty and transparence. Your whole body language is so different from all the other video and it shows that you genuinely care about these reviews. Great job, it takes a lot of courage to watch other people criticizing your work! ( trust me, im a failed filmmaker)
That was my reaction as well like of course it will not fade evenly if your base is not even. And of course an orange color will look and fade better on a brown/blond base vs a neutral pink and said base. I would personally guess that's more than common sense but apperently not
Red pigment falls out quickly, so red and pink are the first to go! Even if you're starting with the perfect bleached canvas, welcome to the struggle with red and pink! I super recommend anyone with these colors use a product to deposit color in the shower! I was poor so I put the color into a half full bottle of a white conditioner to refresh it. ❤️
Depends also how many times a week you wash your hair. What shampoo you use and if you use hot water. It’ll fade so fast if you wash it every day esp in hot water
They all start that way, that’s how they grow a huge fan base to begin with. But over time, it gets hard to listen to potentially millions of buyers opinions.
The girl with orange/pink split dye; My hair was balayaged blonde/dark brown I have dyed my hair red for 4 years, with almost every red hair dye that exists And no matter which one I use, it fades in different shades due to what's underneath the red It is definitely the color she started with, not necessarily the dye
Keeping in mind, everyone's hair can react differently to different products, and some may not be the product for you! It still may work with other people
I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that Brad makes a permanent hair dye one day. I LOVED how vibrant his colors were when I used them. But they rubbed off on everything I wore and washed out within 2 washes. For comparison, Arctic Fox came out in 5 washes. I think my hair just doesn't play nice with pigment-only dyes. I dream of permanent color.
Hey Try goldwell elumen It’s a German Brand Ans i am obsessed I used directions for one year, had to use it almost every month And now I used elumen Like 3 times this year and it looks so good , didn’t stain anything and Fades even Also the color didn’t really left it just gets lighter Startet with intense blue and now a really light blue silver (With other blue colors I have the feeling that it just gets patchy and green)
can we all take a moment to realize that this is such a good way for Brad to show off his product. you’re advertising in a way that’s interesting for the viewers, and you’re owning up to your mistakes and telling us how it’s fixed. Bravo, amazing
These aren’t mistakes, these are growing pains. But kudos to you for your professionalism and humility. Packaging, key words, marketing and your target audience have to change sometimes. Proud of you! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
We stan a brand owner who can take ownership of things like this. I love you 10 times more now! It’s totally normal for things to lot work for some people. Brad’s so dope for this video. The honesty & transparency is commendable and deserves so much respect, go off Brad. 🥳
Yea if I actually believed in my product and cared about it like it was my baby then I’d be heartbroken but if it’s just for quick cash then I wouldn’t care because I know it’s not the best
Looking for this comment. Obviously when she has shown the final result the color of her hair is already patchy like balayage before applying XMondo. So it’s normal that when a semi-permanent color fades it’s going to fade back to base color. 🤣
The second review, my advice, as I've done these exact colors before, is to mix a small amount of red dye or orange dye in the pink to bring it up to be warmer and match your nature tones more. My hair is naturally red/brown, and I found it makes the fade process more even and beautiful.
The only thing I want/misses on your brand/packaging are braille or something definding. So it's easy to find the right product, if you are seeing impaired.
@@charmingheartphotography6758 it doesnt even have to be braille,, there just have to be defining features (i.e. 2 dots on the top for conditioner, 1 for shampoo); very simple!!
My herbal essences bottle has a dot you can feel on the bottom of the conditioner bottle, whereas the shampoo doesn't... For this very reason. I was reading the bottle and was like "That's SO cool!"
Wow I didn't know that was even a thing... I wish this was something that was on everything!! That would be so helpful for my daughter. That's definitely not something most people think about, so it would actually make a lot of people like the products more because they made it easier for sooo many people that need that. I would love to see this happen more often.
9:58 I don't know what she's talking about, the pink side faded beautifully. She didn't even bleach her hair before dying it like what does she expect? Lol I love the different shades as the colors fade out. And yes, Wavetech you have to figure out the right amount to use on your hair to get the best result. I didn't like Wavetech at first because I wasn't using enough so my hair wasn't smooth and still had frizz, but when I used a bit more it turns out so much better for me. I actually like the "crunchiness" lol it keeps my hair from frizzing too much overnight. I love that you listen to criticism Brad. You're a gem.
@@licia_bobishka If you have a lot of hair, don't be afraid to use a lot of it! Experiment with it until you find the right amount for your hair. My hair usually feels like it has a lot of conditioner in it after I apply it, which is what you want! You can also wait for it to dry just a tiny bit instead of applying when its soaking wet, that will help you feel the consistency a bit more.
@@Sharki_V thank you! I got to try it out yesterday and I think I may have even used a little too much lol. But my hair did look very pretty! Do you use a leave in conditioner before wavetech? I also think I might still need something for more hold to use afterwards, like a gel. My waves fell out very quickly whereas I normally get 3 days before I need to do a refresh.
@@licia_bobishka I do tend do use a leave-in or like oil or something right before to give a little boost for the anti frizz. I have noticed that it falls out a lot faster than other products as well, but I think it may have something to do with being a bit better for your hair than the other stuff. If you like hairspray maybe try hairspray a bit after it's completely dry to help hold it longer
@@Sharki_V great tip! I usually use hairspray in my normal routine anyway, I have a great one that’s curly girl approved. Thanks for the idea and all the advice! My hair started getting wavy/curly after starting a chemo treatment, I had very straight hair all my life until then. I had no idea how to handle it! But I’ve talked to so many people that have been very helpful like you and it’s just awesome ♥️
Even though the videos started off seemingly negative; They all ended quite positive, with the exception of the orange/pink, which should not be blamed on the colors . I would be willing to try any one of these products. Brad, your reactions were quite gracious.
Why can't all companies take criticism like this? Actually listening to customers? Transparency? Logical explanations instead of blaming a random staff member or customer? Brand goals right here!
Thankyou for educating people on cetyl alcohol! People who aren't educated in skincare and haircare ingredients have a tendency to freak when they as an ingredient and cetyl alcohol is a moisturizing alcohol that's specifically made to be formulated in products!🖤🖤🖤
Honestly wish more brands would do this! Not everyone is an expert, please explain how to read/interpret labels and tell us the science behind why a product did or didn’t work for our hair type. I loved this video, I feel educated.
@@Princessofthedrk All semipermanent colors are supposed to fade, since they are not permanent. The only you can judge is if they fade really fast or not (like Arctic fox, that lasts not very long), and if it has a weird chemical reaction that makes it fade an unnatural color that doesn't make sense. But here ut just faded like my Punky Color flaming pink, since I had a orange-yellowish base, with wasn't very uniform 😂 I had so many different color stripes from the lazy bleach, but I didn't care since it was a good enough base for what I wanted.
It’s amazing that Brad is even willing to watch these reviews, NOBODY else is willing to grow a pair and do this. What others do is send you an email asking you to take a survey of their product that you KNOW they’re not gonna look at. Brad willing to do this video makes me want to try his products even more
Starting a business is hard & it doesn’t matter if you’re an expert in your field. You make mistakes, own up to them, improve the product and the marketing and keep going! You’re doing brilliant Brad 🥰🌹
I love that you address all these criticisms with FACTS and you understand the science aspect of why these “issues” occur.. I mean BRAD can’t control how you put your color in and over warm/cool tones.., or the fact that people complain about the fading is too fast or if it doesn’t fade too much… all humans can’t be satisfied… 🤦🏻♀️
This is what I want to see from EVERY company regardless of size. Be transparent, be honest. Show us your processes, share your decisions and decision making process with us. Otherwise, we're left to speculate and we may assume the worst. If you have something to hide, that speaks volumes.
I think, product education really is the key to using the product better. At first, I disliked the Wave foam, it left my hair kinda funky and I have really curly hair. It made it feel so heavy and just not give me the curl definition I wanted. I then started to use it on my hair once it was dried and scrunching it with a microfiber towel, and omg the different. Tres cute!
The second reviewer, with the pink and orange hair color, the sections that are lightening up super fast are due to sun exposure and touching. Having a semi-perm color in for the last 20 months, the more I touch my hair, the more it fades as the natural oils in our hands get on our hair. The longer I go between washing my hair, the more color seems to strip out when washing. If I wash every 2 days, I have almost no fade for weeks, if I wash once a week, I lose a ton of color as the dirt and oils seem to grab the dye.
I love it when people are confused that the dye isn't going to match. I dye my hair a bright red. (Without bleaching) on my dark brown warm toned hair. The dye is like a deep deep dark red but it doesn't turn out dark lmao
A king that can take criticism and run with it .. we LOVE THAT EVERGYYYY…and IM A PSYCHIC!!!! Hydroglow and recalibrate are my babies now, btw 🖤 THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO, brad this was an honor ✨
As a former technician,I always encourage fellow hairdressers and students to read up on Ingredients in products.that way you can be more informed of their properties. I have never used brads products as it's not available in the Caribbean, but I follow his videos and finds them very informative.
I had a beautiful balayage on virgin hair last spring, and after enjoying that for a while, I put super purple over my whole head and it was gorgeous! I can’t believe how well it took even to my natural medium/dark brown hair. It faded over the summer just like I wanted and was basically completely gone by the time I went back to work as a teacher. It was perfect and exactly what I hoped for! Not to mention my hair felt amazing after dying. I will order again and more colors.
I like your response to each one of the videos. You have such a calm and collected demeanor and your explanations are so charitable. 😄 The girl who was upset her hair didn't fade well was annoyed and it seemed silly. She began with somewhat uneven hair, so she would of course end up with...uneven hair. But it still looked great! Good on you for focusing on the positive aspects. The color performed exactly as it was designed to!
If you're going to use bright semi permanent fashion colors, you have to be able to just embrace the fading process. I learned to love the color fading changes and I learned which colors fade the way I like and how to refresh it when I want pretty easily. Part of the fun of having colorful hair is the actual fading process to me now
I have a lot of respect for anyone who actively seeks out negative comments on their products and uses them to improve. Being able to admit your product isnt perfect, and being willing to tweak it to make it better, gives you better products and happy customers.
Can I just say that I REALLY appreciate how you put level 1-4 hair example swatches for all your dyes/colors! I have level 3 hair and it’s frustrating when I see companies only go to light brown on swatches and just assume that someone like me with a level 3 won’t use it. Like sometimes I want to use a purple semi-permanent color to give my hair a purple flash of dimension or “overcast”, but it can be difficult to see what tones it will be most bright on and I just appreciate you doing that!
100% can confirm that when my hair was warm blonde, my pinks always faded to a peachy tone. If you don't start with an even base, the fading wont be even either.
@@mina.mnys.217 honestly i agree she seemed very rude about things that were on her part. i have pink hair rn and it’s doing a similar thing at the roots but i know my hair isn’t even so i don’t expect it to be perfect

This is why I love binge watching your videos like relaxation therapy. I love how you're always so honest and keep everything 💯 Thanks for being so awesome.
I did the same split dye that girl did, and honestly it faded beautifully for me but my hair was much more even blonde throughout. I’ve had any number of brands/colors in my hair with literally every shade of blonde at any level and I’ve had very uneven blonde before. All semi permanent fades the same, just some faster than other. I was pretty happy with Xmondo color and would use it exclusively but can’t always afford it at the time because I have very long thick hair that takes at least three tubs to dye my whole head lol.
@@valesth4903 Arctic Fox! Best color pay off for price vs any other brand I’ve tried. I usually use three bottles for one color for my whole head.
For skin- care I recommend Cassandra Bankson , she explains ingredients
The first girl who was reviewing his product, she gave AMAZING construction criticism. Everyone should take notes from her. Honest and to the point and not a bunch of pettiness for views. ✌🏼

💯💯💯
And this is why his brand will be very successful. He will adjust and it’s awesome. No Jaclyn Hill moment over here.
That's just something most humans don't admit too
No, that's what people in general do say enough.
I feel like the orange and pink dye girl wanted semi-permanent dye to do the impossible. If you don't start with a single tone of evenly bleached hair, it's going to fade unevenly. That's not a flaw of the dye
she admitted herself she has warm toned hair and then wasn’t happy that the pink she put over it turned out warm….
@@terrafraser7806 Arctic Fox is also semi permanent. Most of those vibrant hair dye brands are, some just last longer than others.
Sometimes people are so lucky that they make themselves unhappy every time they look at it.
literally I was thinking that too😂😂
Is this for thick curly hair as well
@@jacquelinescoggin7568 who was that?
@@jacquelinescoggin7568 yea
So late to this, but that first girl was SO incredibly respectful. They were able to get the point of across without being rude or hurtful and I feel like that is so important. More people should try to follow this example. I feel like videos like hers (and yours) make me more inclined to watch them. I'd rather see real constructive criticism that I can learn from, than someone just bashing.
Seems a bit unfair to be disappointed in semi permanent colour fading when your hair is not one shade of blonde….. Brad is a genius but can’t do the impossible unfortunately 😂 love you!
Yeah, it was a little nit picky given that no color is going to fade evenly all over the hair. That's just how color and hair work.
Idk it just rubbed me the wrong way
Yeah, she has no idea of what she is talking about.
Interesting to know, thanks !
@@K-a-n-d-i-s there are a lot of these moisturizing alcohols. Cetearyl alcohol and behenyl alcohol are some other examples 😊

First girl on the detox line, she worded the review perfectly. And folks need to do an alcohol education. Cetyl alcohol is actually moisturizing.
Wow!! I got a lot of likes here!!!!
Not for all hair types tho . That’s what ppl need to understand.

That was my reaction as well like of course it will not fade evenly if your base is not even.
And of course an orange color will look and fade better on a brown/blond base vs a neutral pink and said base. I would personally guess that's more than common sense but apperently not
I thought her hair looked so fucking good even fading 😅😅

Red pigment falls out quickly, so red and pink are the first to go! Even if you're starting with the perfect bleached canvas, welcome to the struggle with red and pink! I super recommend anyone with these colors use a product to deposit color in the shower! I was poor so I put the color into a half full bottle of a white conditioner to refresh it. ❤️

The second review, my advice, as I've done these exact colors before, is to mix a small amount of red dye or orange dye in the pink to bring it up to be warmer and match your nature tones more. My hair is naturally red/brown, and I found it makes the fade process more even and beautiful.

@@licia_bobishka If you have a lot of hair, don't be afraid to use a lot of it! Experiment with it until you find the right amount for your hair. @@Sharki_V thank you! I got to try it out yesterday and I think I may have even used a little too much lol. But my hair did look very pretty! Do you use a leave in conditioner before wavetech? @@licia_bobishka I do tend do use a leave-in or like oil or something right before to give a little boost for the anti frizz.

This is just a whole new level of being honest and amazing. Listening to criticism and replying and accepting this is just beautiful. Takes guts to do that. Applause for you 👑👑👏👏
You seriously have some of the best energy on this platform. A great example of how to maturely handle criticism and reviews ❤️❤️
I applaud Brad for having the courage to do this!
What would you say is the best value for money dye? I have very long hair so I'd like to not spend a fortune on it.
I've only ever tried manic panic.
@@valesth4903 Arctic Fox! Best color pay off for price vs any other brand I’ve tried. I usually use three bottles for one color for my whole head. But brads brand is by far the best I’ve tried because the way my hair feels after is so nice and his color payoff/longevity is just as good as arctic fox.
We have to accept that beauty products works differently for everyone. I'm happy that you took it well the criticism and you didn't take it personally. I don't know if it's possible to order to the Netherlands, but I would definitely try out shampoo +conditioner for fine hair, greasy roots and dry ends.
What I love is that you can take a quiz on the website to see what products are best suited to you. That's how I ended up with the recalibrate shampoo/conditioner. Even though the products are definitely pricier I still want to continue buying them because there's already a bigger difference from where I started and where I'm at now. Also my hair felt so much better after using xmondo hair dye.
@@moniquequiroz3179 that's great. I have long hair,I just had a haircut, because I couldn't handle anymore, but I really want to grow it back long as it was again. So I will definitely check products that are good for me. Since I spend little bit more money on my hair products I can really see and feel the difference. I don't mind spending more on that, because I don't really buy make-up or other beauty products, but my hair has to be beautiful, healthy, shiny.
Love love LOVE the humble nature of a creator who takes feedback and actually uses it to improve things and/or clarify why the product is the way it is. Those who think they can never learn or improve never grow. This is why Brad will be the lord of all hair realms eventually. Oribe, who?? Kerastase, what??? #XMONDO is climbing past all of them because he is so much more connected to actual consumers.
THANK YOU FOR MAKING YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE!!!!! I have Celiac Disease and if I put gluten on my head, my hair will literally fall out in chunks. When I saw that it's gluten free, I squealed because gf hair products are so hard to find! Thank you for being an inclusive king! Much love❤❤
This 52 year old with coarse, curly, menopausal and graying hair went out on a limb and bought MANY of your products after trying so many “trends” aka Wen, Deva, etc. I can honestly say Xmondo has been a serious life-changer. My hair has never been so happy.
Also, I follow MariaGloria because I started following her brilliantly comedic boyfriend Brandon Farris a couple years ago. She’s pretty cool, and if you haven’t seen Brandon’s videos it’s totally worth a look!
Thank you... Trying to figure out my menopausal hair and will buy now based on your comment. 😊
@@InquisitiveJen So my hair at 40 started becoming very curly, and by 50 I had a pretty impressive gray streak that is very coarse, almost wire-like. I work outdoors so my hair takes a beating from the weather too, and summer humidity makes it blow up like a puffer fish. I started with the Hydromania shampoo and conditioner, then added .Viper, Wavetech, BDSM, and in the cold weather I've added the Electric Rain for extra conditioning. The only thing my hair didn't really take to is Salty, but that might be “user error” on my end. Once a month I do a “deep cleanse” with basic Neutrogena on my scalp. I am overall thrilled with the whole line, and they smell sooooo good, too.
Yes! Brandon and Maria!
OK, now I'll try. Since my pregnancy my hair is fckd up.
Same here. Makes me want to shout it from the rooftops 🥰
so refreshing to see after other influencers completely ignoring bad reviews lol
I love how Brad is being so nice about the reviews when its almost all user error from people not using common sense or doing their research. Like come on people Brad gives so much information in all his videos, if you really watch him you can do anything you could ever want to your hair.
I think they need to watch more of Brad's videos especially when it comes to bleaching the hair whether it be virgin hair or already dyed hair. Brad explains it all so very clearly on why you might not get the color you think you're going to get. Using the right product on your hair is highly important as he suggests, and they would be amazed at what they could learn before they start bashing him. At least he's honest and he's giving out free tips that are invaluable. Good job, Brad!

One day I'll have money and buy your whole line but until then I'll enjoy living vicariously through your review videos 😝 love your humble attitude Brad, you're awesome. Really cool to see how much your brand has grown over the years. You deserve all the best in life thanks for entertaining and teaching us
I'm sorry but the second girl was reaching lmao. She's entitled to feel however she wants to but 💀
literally, like does she want some sort of magical hair dye that does whatever she wants??
I agree. She was REACHING
She really expected pink hair dye to even out her patchy blonde
She should try out for the Olympics gymnastics team with that reach fr 🙄💀
Love how u are honestly accepting and not arguing about the criticism 🥰
Same, probably the best way to react
I love that Melinda is trying the product again and she did like it for a refresh. It's nice to see people working to figure things out
I can’t wait until X Mondo arrives to Europe to buy your products! It’s great to hear you keep improving them, that’s what makes a brand great
Omg yes!! We need it in Europe!!!
I received the Wavetech for Christmas and was really excited to use it. My hair is fine in texture so it is naturally wavy when air dried. Initially I used a lot of the product the first time since I have seen in the videos to use it liberally and was not happy how it made my hair feel. Since then I have used less and that was better for my hair type and really brought out the waves in my hair. I love this product now!!
I'm actually glad to hear you taking in everything that's being said, admitting when you were wrong, and fixing it. Respect for that.
Thanks for being brave enough, mature enough, and professional enough to recieve constructive feedback on your line. That alone makes me more apt to purchase your products in the future, as you're now what I would consider a trustworthy brand. Great work!
You're amazing Brad! You taught me how to blow dry my hair without it being a frizzy mess which I never thought was possible AND you taught me how to use a foam/mousse! I'm going to buy 2 of each products so I have a backup, bc I love supporting you and I'm not a cheap ass. Love you! xoxoxo
Holy shit. I bought wave tech recently and followed the directions and it wasn’t doing shit, and my hair was still frizzy with uneven curl patterns and I was so bummed out cause so many people loved it. When that girl said she did it as a refresh I tried that and HOLY FUCK THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING 😍😍😍
What kind of products do you use initially? Leave-in, creams, gel, oil etc?
Honestly out of the many huge TH-camrs, you seem top tier as far as humbleness goes. Thanks for your transparency. Mad respect Brad 💕
I love how he's actually taking our advice and also giving advice back to people
I am obsessed with this level of accountability and just honesty. Bro. This is awesome. Your team had to have been like “don’t do this!” Or something! Lol. Respect the hell out this!
As a fellow entrepreneur, running a small business is trial and error. You learn and grow from your mistakes and from the feedback of your clients. That's how business grow to be amazing companies! I applaud you for being brave enough to face your critics and film it for us to see!
I love how handled explaining brad you said the real and still followed everything she said I love your personality and demeanor thank you brad
