    good job and video if coat the bottoms of post with burnt motor oil they will out last treated lumber. take care, be safe and well.

    Don't forget, concrete is considered 'ground', for purposes of wood contact. You want a non-water-permeable divider between any untreated wood and concrete, But this is looking beautiful so far!!

    Well you can do it like that but soak your ground contact lumber in burnt motor oil you can use a pesticide and a fungicide and treat your posts I’ve done my fence boards that way and they last a darn long time

    I set a post over a water line when I built my house addition…… took a few years but I eventually regretted it 😂😂😂
