She Said OH MY GOODNESS!! I CAN SEE MY YARD AGAIN - Helping Woman With Heart Condition Get Lawn Back

- The woman reached out to us last year about helping her out with her lawn. Somehow I overlooked the message and never got back with her. Luckily she reached out again and we were able to help her. She has a heart condition that keeps her from doing most lawn care related tasks. This video is of the front yard that took a 10 hr day to complete. When she got home from work the first thing she said was, oh my goodness I can see my yard again.

Bicycle man and all neighbors - get to know your neighbors. Lend a helping hand when you see others need help. Some people will not ask for help. Let this be your season of positive change. Brian and your chief assistant, thanks for the hard work and kindness.
I agree!! If I was about 30 years younger I would be helping Senior Citizens and handicapped.
These are the "Free" mowing videos I like, where an actual needy person is helped. Thank you.
Thanks so much ☺️😊 We couldn’t do them without your support!!
Have you checked out Midlife Stockman?
Me 2 😸✌️🇱🇷🌻
I love your videos!! You always do an awesome job!! 🎉
I know why your company is called Top Notch Lawn Care because that is actually what this job was: TOP NOTCH!
I can relate to this lady. i am in my seventies, a cancer survivor, widow with multiple health prolems and no one to help. I can only dream. of someone starting this kind of business where I live. God bless you young man and thank you for your labours !!
Hope someone comes your way to help.
If her son is like mine he won't do anything unless he gets something out of it. Now my son has grown up and realises that it hard work to keep a beautiful yard.
You could call your local habitat for humanity or other non-profit groups. Our small city has both non-profits and government organizations to help people with their homes and yards. Also churches might be a good resource. Or your senior action center or equivalent. Or maybe even a neighbor who would coordinate with other neighbors and to clean up plus alternate maintenance.
Try asking your local Boy Scout troop. They’ll use it as community service.
High-school seniors must do community service, their parents are the actual workers usually and the help !
Brian Sir you are a Godsend. I got misty eyed when you said the client started crying. The relief you give these home owners is beyond description.
Thanks so much 👋😊 Couldn’t do this, without your support!!
I love it when the homeowners actually come out and look around and express appreciation 🥰 i have watched a few of these yard makeovers where the homeowners wont even come out their door 😠 anyway ....im happy for this nice lady , what a huge relief for her 👍
So glad you enjoyed it! And yes, so glad to see her. Happy with the results!! Hope you’re having a wonderful day.😊☺️👋
i WATCHING WATCHING THE VIDEO Brian ❤😊
My question is, where is her family to help her? I'm afraid that as us old folks age, we need to think about downsizing to senior apartments so we don't have to worry about yard maintenance. Unless you have the money to pay for lawncare, you need to do away with large yards.
D. 22 mop
@@ca6177some people want elbow room and privacy. I’m not going to an apartment again until i can no longer take care of myself, if that day comes. We have tried to renovate this property so i can continue to live here til Jesus calls me home.
Brian, not only transform yards you are also transforming yourself. You look good. Keep up the good work.
He looks amazing!
Thanks for your concern and help for this lady and all the other people you’ve helped. But I just can’t hold back why relatives and or nosy neighbors can’t pitch in. It screams at me!
I agree, sadly people just don’t help others like they used to, family or not. 😢Brian is such a blessing to so many! ❤
I agree. It screams at me too. I'm 73 and retired, so I have time. I help the young couple who moved in next store 3 years ago, first time home owners, now with two little girls, they're still learning what to do to keep their yard and house up. They're eager to learn, just really short on time because they both work full time jobs and the little ones take up a lot of time, especially for mom. This is a great neighborhood, the neighbors help each other out all the time. I rarely have to shovel in the winter, I have so many neighbors that will come over and snow blow out my sidewalk and driveway. I still have the prettiest front and side yard garden on the block :)
You should have told the guy on the bike that if was worried about the neighborhood, he should get off of the bike and help!
Lol 😆
Maybe he has a heart condition too.
@@lynnmorang174I agree not all medical issues are visible. 🙂. He is using a cane
Awesome transformation and much appreciated.
My question where are the neighbors to help her
Thank you, Brian, for another wonderful example of humanity in a world full of not my job.
As soon as you cut this volunteer trees the light started coming in! Thank you!
Always amazing the difference it makes!
The Light certainly does come in when you get rid of the rubbish
To all viewers: if you didn’t watch this video all the way to the end, please do so. It is absolutely amazing how the property turned out. It was a lot of hard work. ❤❤❤😊
Enjoyed Brian 👍👏❤️
I’m so happy you helped this lady. Wonderful transformation of her front yard. You did an amazing job !!!!!!!
Who doesn’t love a good before and after video! With that said I would like to acknowledge your personal physical transformation. Blessings all around! 😊
Thanks so much! Definitely feeling healthier! And yards like this are always rewarding!
Brian - you and your helper (sorry, I've forgotten his name) did great on the front - sorry he got trapped in the bed of your truck. The backyard looks like it's going to be a bear to do, but as always, you'll make that property shine. Thank you for helping out this woman.
We all carry our own capabilities. I’m sure if the son could do it he would. No equipment, health issues, or not mentally capable. It’s not our call to judge.
Thank you Brian for your good heart and kindness.
Did you note he was walking with a cane when standing on the path ??!!!
I love your heart. I also appreciate the way you listen to your body and take quick rests so you can continue. Bravo!
Thanks! And yes, always good to listen to your body!! Hope you’re having a good one Jan 😊👋☺️
I always look for your video on Thursdays because I know that you are out there helping someone in need. This woman definitely needed your help and once again you came through and did a fabulous job !!! I love the before and after photos of your transformations and it always looks so clean and neat. Keep up your great work and God Bless You for all you do for so many people. Blessings to your lovely family~
Thank you so much Midge ☺️👋 As always! Couldn’t do it without you! Hope you’re having a great week. Blessings to you

Thank You for helping her it's great to know there are still people who will help their neighbors that are in need❤
MY GOSH...What a delightful difference! Just makes ya smile to see her house now! Such hard work, but remarkable results. Top Notch, Brian! 😅❤😊
😄😄😄
A hard worker with a big heart. May God bless you for all you do.
Brian, you and your friend are a lifesaver for people who can't help themselves in this manner!❤❤
You sure are doing some amazing work! I'm getting prepared to be impressed when I see that back yard transformation! Super job Brian!
Thanks man 👍👋 this was definitely a job to tackle! But so rewarding and always great to hear from you. Hope you’re having a great one.
Oy, I forgot about the backyard, I'll have to keep my eye out for the new video.
Oh yeah thats a lot of hard work ! Ive doing that for nearly 40years so full credit to you Brian.
You found someone who really needed the help and is so thankful
Fantastic job again Brian
Thanks Manon 👋👍😊 Yards like this are definitely rewarding!
"Oh my goodness, I can see my yard !". Great quote, and good to see that this lady with heart issues got the help that she needed. Always try to avoid poison ivy, it´s not worth the pain. Great result of your transformation, as always. 👍Keep it up, and see you on the next one ! Greets from GER, U.
Hey U 😊👋👍 Always good to hear from you man! And yes, always a good idea to avoid poison ivy!! Hope you’re having a great one

You did a fantastic job, ths yard is now open and airy. I love the way you prune trees, no stumps stading out. Thank you for helping this lady. Enjoy a blessed weekend. God bless
You have a blessed weekend as well!! 👋👋😊
@@SereneAzaleaFlower-mm9tp another job well done Brian Top Notch Lawn Care
Once again you’ve done a wonderful thing ! She is so appreciative! You are a true blessing I hope someone can help her with her porch , the one support looks like it’s rotted towards the bottom. So many people need help these days .Thank you for all you do! 🙏🙏
How absolutely amazing. Such hard work you have done here. Well done. You have made this lady's life so much more easy for her to look after her garden (or maybe her neighbours will help her??). So good to see her come out and look at your work, and her friends too. Thank you. She obviously appreciates it.
Brian, yall did an amazing job! Heart of gold! And, you're 3/4 the man you used to be. Congratulations. Waiting for part 2 and the neighbors yard. 👏👏👏👏
You are the epitome of “Love thy Neighbor!” Thankyou for all you do for others!
It was so kind and generous of you and your friend to do that yard for the lady with the wonky heart. I have a wonky heart and am 73, but fortunately I am able to take care of my house, front and back yards, it keeps me in shape :) Seeing near the end of the video that the lady has a grown son and (maybe?) a grown daughter but her yard looked like the house had been abandoned for years. That's sad.
Her son was limping and walking with a cane. The young woman could be a friend. Never judge.
Lots of hard work and one very pleased lady.Just fantastic 👏
Wow, great job guys! 🤩 So glad you got rid of the poison ivy for her!! That backyard is going to be a beast. 😳
Thanks Sydney 😊👍👋 definitely! But very rewarding! Have a great day.
Oh, bless her heart. And bless you for being there to help this lady make her house look like a home again.. It's wonderful that you cut the things down around the houses and the vines the poison. Ivy, and you take the debris. You do such a wonderful job.
Just clearing out that porch made such a big difference!!! Well done Brian!!!!! Well done!!!
Thanks so much! 👍👍👋
Oh, surprise, the lady across the street came out with her lawn mower that didn’t work just when you just happened to be there.
😂😂😂😂👍🇦🇺
When I grow up I want to be like top notch, good work as always Brian.
Wow Brian, great job !!!! The nice lady was so appreciative. I'm glad you could help her out.
Always appreciate Lisa and definitely nice to help people who appreciate it! I couldn’t do it without you
Lol😂 man down! Always a pleasure watching you and your worker helping those in need of some help. Thank you for this video and a little chuckles this afternoon! 😊😊😅
Thank you for helping the Lady. God bless.
Top Notch you did a excellent job on that lawn. God bless you for what you do for others.
Amazing transformation of the front. You have quite the job for the back! Can't wait to see that video. Total transformation will be unbelievable for sure. I hope her family can help keep her yard up since you gave her a good starting point. Nice job Brian.

Definitely a good looking house once we got it, uncovered!
Brian for what you started with, you worked your tukas off.be safe don’t work your self into a heat stroke.as always you went over and beyond, your a good man.hope your wife and son are doing good.really enjoyed the video, nice to see neighbors stop by ,be nicer if there were more thank you,s for what your doing for the neighborhood.yard is definitely a different shape and just think even more so you get to do it all over again,in the back yard.hopefully their is access to get back there.just double as much or more work for y’all and after that you get to do it all over for the neighbor across the street.kudos to you.just keep on doing what you do best.be safe.😎😎😎👍👍👍.maybe she can find someone to help out on maintenance for her on the house.Great job.
Thanks so much man! I’m definitely keeping my eye on heat stroke!! Looks like we definitely got some cooler weather and maybe even some rain today! And yes, always good to see the neighbors come out. Hopefully work like this helps the whole neighborhood!! Have a great one.
Thank you for helping this lady. The property looks amazing. Can't wait to see the back yard cleaned up.

So good when someone gets help when they really need it
Your hard work is a real blessing to those who need it and the neighborhood. Thank you for caring.
I absolutely love to see trees and growth too close to the house being cut down. It's like seeing a shaggy headed person get a much needed haircut! I love that as much as seeing the grass ✂️. You do an outstanding job! God bless you for doing this for her!
Wow! What a transformation. Thank you for helping her out.
Thanks so much 👋😊
You're doing the work of three people but it really meant a lot to the lady. It's the difference between day and night...........................

Brian, I wish, for your lungs sake that you would wear a mask. All that dust is definitely not your lung’s friend. People need you around for a long time, and I know your family wants you around.
As always, a myriad of emotions 😮😍🤭😭😊 when you see the owner's astonishment, and a few laughs when you have rescued 😂😂🤣🤣🤣 the prisoner among the branches. But above all the joy of transformation. Thanks Brian, I hope you are all well.

You are a Top Guy Brian!! 🫡😎👏
Thanks so much 😊👋🤜😎
She's one lady that sure needed your help. The front turned out FANTASTIC! It's si hard to do yard work when a person just can't anymore. 😢. No one to help until you came along and thank, GOD! Can't wait to see when you tackle the back. That should be another GREAT transformation. Well until the next, which will be soon. 👍💯😎
Thank you, Brian, for bringing this woman back her garden and sanctuary.
It's so much more satisfying to watch when you pick up all the clippings rather than throwing them in the lawn and mowing it in. I know it way more work but great to watch. Great job sir!
BRAVO 💯💯💯👏👏👏
Thanks Dani 😊😊👋
Brian, you are just incredible. I live in one of those old WWII houses on a 1/3 acre plot for 25 years now. My 90 year old neighbor and I keep our block mowed (him on riding mower) and me with the weedeater. I L.O.V.E. your channel and your work ethic! I’ve watched you for years and appreciate all you do for your community! You’re just the greatest! Thanks for sharing your fantastic videos!❤❤❤

Awesome! Good to know!
Brian, you are a true miracle worker in people's lives. Thank you so much for helping others. 💜🧚♀️☮️
Thanks so much for the kindness couldn’t do it without your support!
She has a Son? Why didn’t he clean up his mother’s yard? America has become SAD🎉 Bring back the Good Old days. We NEED them🙏🏿
Good lord, why does it matter if she has a son, daughter ? You don't know the condition of the son. What if he has a heart condition and looks fine but can't do stuff like this? Why judge another human.
I'm with you ! Anybody says anything, excuses are like you know what, everybody has one!
That son looks pretty healthy to me… he’s got good coloring, does not appear short of breath, is walking around unassisted and without problems while putting trash in the trashcan, and he’s walking around with his mother… It would be pretty rare to see heart failure in such a young age group. Stop making excuses for these lazy a*s kids. No hard-working child watches their mother stress out about things like lawn care, and sits back and does nothing. And it’s also her fault for not making him help out. Yes, back in the day there was no discussion with our parents. They sent us out to do chores! That included shoveling, raking, mowing, clearing things out, etc. When you’re part of a family unit, everybody has to pitch in, and every expert will tell you that children gain a better sense of their self worth when they are helping out.
Great job😊
Amen!
These transformations for people in need of a helping hand are inspirational. It’s so refreshing to see the removal of all waste from people’s yards and completes the transformation. Keep up the good work 👍

Brian, you’re an amazing man kindhearted always know the Lord is watching you and is happy to see your kindness and love to others. Great job.
You are a true mench, Brian. You have a heart of gold. BTW, I was laughing my a-- off when you pulled your helper out of the truck's trailer. You look great, BTW.
You are so nice to those who need help and it looks fantastic when you leave, I just don't understand why neighbors don't neighbors band together and help. Even if they don't have the heavy equipment they could go together and hire someone to clean it up. I would think they would want to help so they didn't get the snakes, mice, rats and other critters. I too like it when the home owner comes out and thanks you for your help. I love the smiles.
trust me when someone is disabled being able to have a car pull rt up to house is a life changing moment for the better. God Bless you guys
