      It’s from the loin near where you get TBone with the bone on. You can also use sirloin or shoulder cut which is usually tender

    Chef, I bet you that meat will be hard to chew. My own version would be to marinate it first with onions, then cook it on low heat until tender. Finally add the other ingredients.

      I agree. Alternatively, one would also begin by steaming the beef then proceeding to the other steps.

      The trick is to get tender beef like I mentioned on the video. You can also Cooke it like you indicated but the meat was delicious and succulent

    That meat not cooked even for half an hr. It must be raw in the inside. Even the fish doesn't take such little time to cook even though it's soft. You must kill the bacteria first by boiling or cooking it for too long

    • @ChefRaphael
      @ChefRaphael  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi have you watched my other cooking videos? First you font need to boil meat first but you can if you choose to, but the meat is cooked and safe to eat 😀

      @@ChefRaphael chef I am one of your many fan TH-camr. I make alot of foods from your recepies. It's just don't make sense to cook that bone meat for a little time with such results. Talking from my experience with microbiology, there are worms and bacteria from undercooked meat, leaving behind the toughness of the meat. Anyway, since you say it is soft, I will try and see how it comes out. Bacause it looks good from the outside and I am salvating😁😁😁 Keep up with the good work.
