What store in the US do you buy your goat meet from please? I usually see lamb but never goat.
Market Basket (frozen ), Spanish stores and some local farms around Lowell MA.
What area do you live? Look for halal grocer in your area for best bet.

I could never make the exact same test of the kenya mbuzi wet fry. Always comes somewhat different than what I test in the restaurant.
