Wonderful! These are the kind of things that I am looking forward to enjoying soon, pain-free. I had my AKA this morning. I'm doing better than expected. However, they have decided to wait another 2 weeks to place the osseointegration implant instead of immediately as first scheduled to allow for more complete healing of the TMR work. I have almost no pain for the first time in over 20 years. I've I only activated the patient controlled analgesics (PCA) once. I am so hopeful. Kerri, thanks for all of the inspiration and advice that you provide by sharing your experiences. It's all worth more than you might ever know. Let's keep each other in prayer.
