It is part of the budget for the National Park Service. The White House is not a private home and is under the governance of the Park Service. Any time an item is moved, dusted, repaired, or changed in the house it is watched and documented. The entire bottom floor is a museum open to the public. This is the "Peoples" house and has been since it was first built.

Democrats don't want Americans to go hungry, or struggle. That is why they always support assistance programs. We all can't be at the top of our game ALL the time.
