- Nutritional scientist Prof Carlos Monteiro has said that ultra-processed foods (UPFs) are replacing healthy diets worldwide despite growing evidence of the risks they carry. He says that these ultra-processed foods must be sold with tobacco-style warnings.

YES! I've been saying this since 1970! When I worked in the hospital in the mid 70's I had many arguments with staff about hyper-processed foods. I was the only person on staff who didn't eat the hospital food and was constantly bringing up nutritional needs of our patients. I'm so happy that 50 years later finally medicine is embracing this. I hope people will take heed to the warning labels, especially children and pregnant women.

Junk food is extremely dangerous. Sattvik food is the best for all in all perspectives.
Rather than labeling - they should just ban them all.
At least 50% of food in America is ultra processed.
Besides ultra processed food one should also not eat unhealthy fried street food, cheese, paneer, butter, and food that is cooked in 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil. Majority TH-cam food channels just show that and that is not good.

India foods were excellent in the 1970-2010. India need to get rid of 90% of sweets. They cause diabetes and tooth decay.

Accent of English is subjective! Afterall English is very much diverse. English is no more just confined to England alone. If you dont understand any English accent & blame it, then it is your problem.
