I saw Whitney in concert twice, once before Thee Body Guard, and once after The Body Guard. Both concerts were incredible!!! The second time, she was fresh off making the movie. 😊😊😊 She looked and sounded perfect, of course. She must have done 6 costume changes and looked more beautiful with each change! You couldn't help but fall in love all over again with her voice when she sang "I Will Always Love You". She was simply stunning that night and pitch perfect. It's sad she's gone.....a legend in time....perfection to listen too.....and sadly now an angel we will all miss! ❤❤❤❤
It’s crazy that they were hugely seeked out in life and now they are just other tombstones among a lot of other people. This shows that no matter what you do in life we all pass away and are just a memory . I thought she would have a huge finale resting spot.

I've had the honor to see Whitney Houston in concert twice, both times at the CNE grandstand. The first time I had 16th row floors and I swear that you could hear her so clearly like she was right beside you, I was in complete awe and honestly when I think back on it I still am. Her voice was perfection, there will never be another Whitney Houston.
I'm in her very first video, 'You Give Good Love'. It was shot in a restaurant on 13st in Manhattan the director/camera person Lisa Rinzler was a friend of mine and talked me into it. Whitney wasn't famous yet, in fact the only reason I showed up was because they were saying 'Cissy Houston's daughter'. I definitely knew who her mother was. In addition to everything else they were gonna pay me. The call was at 6am on a Sunday morning and we shot until well after midnight. During the long day everyone made friends. Robyn Crawford was there. No one was famous...
She had the voice of an angel. Sadly, drugs took her too soon. She sang the National Anthem and did it perfectly. She has left us with her music. That I am forever grateful for. Thank you Scott. 🕊️❤️🙏
Drugs didn’t take her out. There was a man staying at the hotel who said that he heard loud voices and then a crash. She wasn’t alone in her room. Edited to add that the medical examiner said that she had no water in her lungs to have drowned in the bathtub face down.
@@Harley08 , I'm a medical examiner and she had used cocaine within hours of her death. Her autopsy says she died of cardio myopathy due to drug intoxication. I'm not on here to argue. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I'm just stating what the autopsy showed. Happy weekend 😊
I once had the joy to work with her on a tour across europe, and what can I say? She was an absolute treasure, always looking out for the people who surround her. Even as one of the "smallest lights" of the whole crew, I had the feeling that she cared for me and for everyone. I always look back to those times and I'll always have a smile on my face! ❤ Thanks for paying your respect to her!
She needed to be dragged into treatment. And not a resort. It baffles me to this day those record execs didn't demand her compliance. No friends, no family, you're going.

I was there as part of the press. We had arrived early around the 2pm hour in preparation for the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala. A rumor had started to circulate throughout the main lobby that that someone was in distress up on the 4th Floor. They soon said it was Whiney Houston. Then tons of cops showed up and ordered all press (which had now packed the place) not to leave the lobby. The paramedics arrived but they never left with Whitney. Afterwards, the crime scene wagon showed up. After they left around 5:30 pm, the limos started to arrive with the gala guests. They left Whitney in that room overnight and took her body out the next morning. A lot of people, (friends and fans alike), were highly pissed that the party (red carpet arrival and all) went on without a hitch. They were eating, drinking, performing and partying their asses off in the ballroom while Whitney laid lifeless 4 floors above. The conspiracy theorists chalked it up to being a sacrifice ritual. Then Nikki Manaj in her Grammy. performance the next night levitated above the stage to simulate 4 stories above the party below. Just saying! I enjoy your videos, Scott.

Scott, this video means a lot to me. Thank you for doing it. One time, a bit after she died, I was in New Jersey visiting some friends and made it a priority to visit her grave. Hi Scott my name is Yvetta and I am from Europe I was a big fan of Whitney, I loved her, she was the best singer of all time. in 2019, my son took me on vacation to the USA. my biggest dream was to go to Whitney's grave and pray and thank her for her beautiful music, I flew 10 thousand KM just so that I could pray and give her flowers, but as soon as I entered the cemetery they immediately threw me out, I was completely destroyed and I still think about it to this day, I flew half the globe just so that I could give flowers and pray
I will also be in US in September and I was thinking to visit her, can you tell me if there is any chance to visit the grave?Did you ask the staff by any chance? Because I wouldn't do it...
She was the cutest thing ever and so much class. It was sad to watch her downward spiral once she got into drugs. I love that you chose to, as we all should, remember her how she chose to live and not how the drugs later held her hostage and kept her from behaving like her true self. Will await your cover of I will always love you 😊
I remember the day she passed, I was in my very first apartment with a broom in my hand and my husband told me she had died. We turned on the TV. Had to sit down, felt like the air was knocked out of me when I heard it. She was a big deal for so many of us growing up! RIP Nippy and Bobbi Kris.
I remembered when my mom took me to my first concert, it was Whitney. It was at the beginning of her career, before she met bobby Brown. Man, i can still remember that night. Her voice was so powerful. I was blessed to sit in the 3rd row from center stage (PRICELESS)🥹
I can remember exactly where I was and the news announcement, as if it were yesterday. It is still heartbreaking. 🕊 I get the logistics and financial aspects, but still found it creepy that the Clive Davis' party was 'business as usual.' Thank you for posting, Scott.
The voice of an angel left us the day she died. I absolutely loved her just like the rest of the world. She was one of a kind and will forever go unmatched. So many might have saved her if they only knew. A beautiful person with another sad and tragic end. She will live forever here though through the stunning voice she left behind. What a wonderful tribute to a lady who was so well deserving of it. RIP forever more ❤💐
This hit me to the core. Her first album was my first tape when I was a kid, I got it as a Christmas gift, and I just loved her from a child and now an adult.
Before the internet & TH-cam, as a teenager who adored Whitney, when her live version of Didn’t We Almost Have It All came on VH1, I recorded it on a VCR tape & memorized that rendition. Now I can view, sing and enjoy it anytime I like thanks to TH-cam. It was soul crushing when she passed. The greatest voice of all time! Soar with the angels Nippy. 🤍🕊 Tyler Henry did a reading for Bobby Brown & Whitney came through & touched on her COD. I watched a Documentary where it was her Aunt, I believe with her that night and had only left for 30 minutes to get her a cupcake with sprinkles that she had been craving right as she was about to take her bath. When she returned, the hotel room was flooded from the bath water.
Hi Scott I always injoy your videos ❤ Whitney Houston had a absolutely beautiful voice I will always be a fan I will always love you will always be one of my favorite songs she a absolutely amazing singer and she is truly missed Rip Whitney Houston 🙏😭
Thanks for remembering this beautiful young soul taken from this world to soon great video may she never be forgotten be with all who are left to grieve this great loss!
Scott, thanks for this video tribute. I've visited Whitney's grave frequently, even before there was a headstone in place (it took more than a year for one to be installed). As has been mentioned, security was awful and harassing during that time, but they've slowly backed off. You can always locate the row by knowing that it's about 2/3 of the way down that lane and there is a forked tree at the end of the row (against the fence). Also, I often noticed one or two traffic cones in that road marking the row.
I will never forget the speech kevin Costner gave at her funeral. He hit the nail on the head about her. She did have a special gift. Then her daughter, was just unbelievable. I hope they are in paradise together!! Thank you Scott
Good Evening Scott 🙋🏽. I've seen this over and over again ‼️ and everytime IT STILL break's my heart ❤️. Especially the way she and her daughter both left here WAS and is very tragic. Thank You Scott 🙋🏽

This one hurt. I remember the day like it was yesterday. A true pioneer and trail blazer in the art of music. Such an incredibly huge loss. Beautiful tribute Scott.

My dad wants told me graveyards are full of people who thought they were indispensable. That is why it's so important to live your life and be the best you can be to those you love and to your fellow man.
Oh no, about her grave site...and the articles/flowers/coins left out of respect are lovely and thoughtful, I would have expected that. But Whitney ALWAYS had the best wigs, the best gowns, the best jewelry, the best furs, the best makeup artists...then there's those horrible and haphazardly placed and leaning cheap landscape edging pavers. I'm not saying something should be elaborate and over the top and expensive...just something fittingly as tasteful as she was and of perfection like her voice. I felt myself sad, for her of she needs better. I'm a retired landscaper, I want to load up the Benz S-Class and go from S. Carolina to N.J. and hook her up with a better border of natural slate with shades of her headstone and stones within in place of that mulch that will eventually be gone for the articles of respect left.
Whitney and her baby girl’s passing hit my soul, soo hard. I was soo rooting for Whitney to beat her demons. I wanted to visit her grave site in New Jersey, but I had heard they used to have a guard not allow anyone near their graves. Scott….another Awesome video! Stay safe.

I was in a hotel room in Florida when I heard about her passing all over the news on every station. Hearing about her passing hit me hard because I listened to her music and her beautiful voice in my teenage years in the 1980’s I’ll never forget her voice. I didn’t realize that Whitney Houston is buried in Westfield New Jersey which is only about 45 minutes Southwest from where I live. Beautiful grave stone. I’ve always been surprised by how understated her grave is… I feel like she deserves something a little grander to celebrate how big of a star and personality she was.
Yes I thought the same 😢
In the end though, just like Frank Sinatra and others, I think Whitney was a humble Christian and knew we are all basically on the same destination-
@@greeneyedsoutherngirl6468or…someone didn’t want to spend the money. I mean, it’s Whitney Houston! She should have a little mausoleum with pretty gates, or something.
She’s deceased wtf ok she was a star when she was living but once u pass away all that isnt much of a big deal anymore her family went the traditional way and there is nothing wrong wit that a big shrine isnt always necessary
I really think the world stopped for just a moment when she passed. This was really such a heartbreaking lose. I grew up to her music. She was so beautiful and that Voice!! No words can describe her beautiful voice. RIP Whitney 🕊🕊🕊🕊👑👑👑⭐️⭐️⭐️🔥🔥🔥🔥🎶🎵🎶🎵🕯🕯🕯🕯
She was and still is the greatest singer of all time…The Voice aka Nippy aka Whitney Houston…my she and and her angelic voice rest in peace 🙏🏿🙏🏿
Lovely vid...She did come from a talented family w/limbs that stretch back to Elvis and Gospel Giants as well as other huge stars in the family......Cissy Houston.....Dionne and the other Warwicks.....Thanx for this fitting tribute.
Rip Whitney Houston ,she had a beautiful voice and her daughter Bobbi Kristina in 2015 .she was definitely iconic . thank you Scott for sharing this video 📸 with all us . much appreciated
Thank you for your hard work. Its really appreciated ❤️✌️🏴
What a voice she had really a fantastic singer
Such a shame she passed away young
Thanks Scott another fab video❤
Hi Scott my name is Yvetta and I am from Europe
I was a big fan of Whitney, I loved her, she was the best singer of all time.
in 2019, my son took me on vacation to the USA.
my biggest dream was to go to Whitney's grave and pray and thank her for her beautiful music, I flew 10 thousand KM
just so that I could pray and give her flowers, but as soon as I entered the cemetery they immediately threw me out, I was completely destroyed and I still think about it to this day, I flew half the globe just so that I could give flowers and pray
Will await your cover of I will always love you 😊
I’m singing it right now! 😊😊❤️❤️
I'm glad you made it back home Scott in the USA
The voice of an angel left us the day she died. I absolutely loved her just like the rest of the world. She was one of a kind and will forever go unmatched. So many might have saved her if they only knew. A beautiful person with another sad and tragic end. She will live forever here though through the stunning voice she left behind. What a wonderful tribute to a lady who was so well deserving of it. RIP forever more ❤💐
love this channel, glad you're covering whitney and I hope you do one for bobbi Kristina too. this story is just so heartbreaking and sad.
This hit me to the core. Her first album was my first tape when I was a kid, I got it as a Christmas gift, and I just loved her from a child and now an adult.
Thanks for sharing Scott. Love Whitney Houston. Rest in Peace to Whitney and Bobby Kristina 🙏🙏❤❤🕊🕊
Thank you for doing this video, Scott. They are together again. ❤️❤️
You have blessed us with another masterpiece.Thank you so much for paying respect to a musical icon.Such a tragic mother daughter story.😪
I will never forget the speech kevin Costner gave at her funeral. He hit the nail on the head about her. She did have a special gift. Then her daughter, was just unbelievable. I hope they are in paradise together!! Thank you Scott
Another fabulously done video. Much love from Chicago
Yeah......
Beautiful voice
Rest in peace
thankyou for the video, exelente as always

She was and still the greatest of all. Thank you Scott for sharing this. May Whitney and Bobbi rest in peace 💞
Good Evening Scott 🙋🏽. I've seen this over and over again ‼️ and everytime IT STILL break's my heart ❤️. Especially the way she and her daughter both left here WAS and is very tragic. Thank You Scott 🙋🏽
Thank you for posting this 💟.. I ❤ ur Channel and content
This is so tragic! Whitney Houston was not only a beautiful lady she had the voice of an Angel! But, she was struggleing with alot of thing's! May she rest in peace with her daughter who was also struggleing! May they be happy & hang with the Angel's!
I felt it in my bones...Scott has newest video uploaded. YES!!
Scott I’m blown by the simplicity of the graves
This one hurt. I remember the day like it was yesterday. A true pioneer and trail blazer in the art of music. Such an incredibly huge loss. Beautiful tribute Scott.
Great video, Scott! I love how thorough you are in your videos. There are so many things that can be said about her, but one thing for sure is that she is greatly missed. Lots of Aloha!
My dad wants told me graveyards are full of people who thought they were indispensable. That is why it's so important to live your life and be the best you can be to those you love and to your fellow man.
We were graced by the voice of an Angel, for a short time. May she and her daughter Rest In Peace 🩶
Enjoyed replay thanks for sharing your channel .rip Whitney .🙏🏻💖🙏🏻💖🙏🏻
Thanks for such a beautiful video ,Scott . Whitney was an absolutely amazing singer . She may be gone but she has left us with such beautiful music .
Can't beat how thorough you are IMHO. That's primarily why I watch. You can see your integrity in every video. Thank you. 🎉
Thank you so much
Oh no, about her grave site...and the articles/flowers/coins left out of respect are lovely and thoughtful, I would have expected that.
Thanks Scott I just love all your videos you show respect caring and you put u thought to it thanks 🙏🏾
Another great video
The best woman voice of all time in my opinion
I cried like a baby when I heard of her passing thankyou for this I still cry over her today God Bless you sweet soul Whitney ❤💗🙏♥💕💓❤ 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Yikes, remember when this happened!!!?!? Unbelievable! Beautifully done, Scott! ❤
Thank you Scott for all your videos and everything you do,R.I.P. Whitney Houston and rest in peace to her daughter and father.
Whitney and her baby girl’s passing hit my soul, soo hard. I was soo rooting for Whitney to beat her demons. I wanted to visit her grave site in New Jersey, but I had heard they used to have a guard not allow anyone near their graves. Scott….another Awesome video! Stay safe.
Very difficult to get to her grave sometimes with the security but I always find a way😂
@@SCOTTONTAPE 😂🙌👍😂🙌
We were at a friend's house for a get together when the news was announced. I just lost it. 😢 Her death just broke my heart. I have so many fond memories with her music in them. You will never be forgotten Nippy! ❤️
Hi scott
I was shocked when whitney passed away in 2012. I bought my first tape was first album of whitney. Powerful voice. Hitting the high notes with any song. May whitney, bobbi and john rest in peace. A very respectful video scott as well.
Thank you, Scott. Beautiful as always. Provides a somber reminder that some of us don’t recover. May she and her daughter rest in paradise.
This one hit hard!! I grew up on her music
I was in a hotel room in Florida when I heard about her passing all over the news on every station.
Hearing about her passing hit me hard because I listened to her music and her beautiful voice in my teenage years in the 1980’s
I’ll never forget her voice.
I didn’t realize that Whitney Houston is buried in Westfield New Jersey which is only about 45 minutes Southwest from where I live. Beautiful grave stone. May both Whitney and Bobby Kristina rest in eternal peace.
Your video’s are so perfect. Respectful, gracious and with love. I couldn’t listen to her music without crying. So glad she’s next to her baby ❤️. Thank you for the beautiful video. God bless. 🙏👣🙌❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Wonderfully done video Scott! I rarely comment but watch every video nevertheless. This beautiful memorial vlog on the God given talent that was Whitney Houston touched my heart. Thank you again for all the videos that you have provided with such class over the many years I have been subbed. Continued Blessings and Support. ~Love&Light♥️Carli
Well thank you! I’m so glad you commented ! Much more is coming my sweet dazzling chick 😊😊
@@SCOTTONTAPE ☺️♥️🙏🏻
I still believe she was murdered along with her daughter ....there is just way to much evidence that suggests this.
Brilliant video.
Whitney you will always be missed.🎉
I agree 💯
Sacrificed she was indeed
Ich schließe mich da an. Bin der selben Meinung
This whole video is truly heart wrenching. I’m just in awe Scott marvelous job again.❤

Beautifully presented scott ❤
I remember being in my bathroom taking a bath and my partner came home and told me that Whitney Houston had died it just broke my heart and still does I'm a huge fan I listen to her still and I copy some her vocals when I sing the voice a true icon
One of my all time faves… her music just inspired me especially the song “The Greatest Love of All”, for the lyrics are so true. That voice, the legend. That song “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” was also one of my all time faves as well. Every time I listen to it I can’t help but dance. What a legend. What a voice. She sure will be missed. There will never be another like her. May she RIP along with her beautiful daughter Bobbi Christina Brown. Along with her beloved father John Houston. Thank you as always awesome Scott.
She was so so
