Who immediately stopped what they were doing to watch this? 🙋♀️ I look forward to every video they post!
I did😃
Haha! I did too! I think it was up only 4 minutes and I was in!
Me - I just clicked on a video that was recently uploaded and saw the right hand screen that showed this video 😎😎
I would love to but I'm at work and I want to go home and enjoy this with no distractions 😃😃
Every time!
Arthur here Roger from Uruguay, I must thank you and I feel honored that you accepted my videos, that you shared the artists of my country with your community and with the entire World once again as they knew how to do with their wonderful Art.
I hope to be able to send you more material for future videos in other categories as you previously announced that you would like to do as well.
My sincere thanks and it is a privilege for me to be here.
Thank you, Roger!
Fair play 👍👍 thanks
The tango music was wonderful!
Thank you all the way from Zimbabwe learned about tango

Thank you, Arthur, and thank you to everyone who contributed footage. Over 2000 submissions is absolutely amazing! All of you have made this taphophiles day. 😊
Thanks Auther we'll done as usual
That tomb of Edvard Grieg was so unusual! Not only is his music from Peer Gynt known, but his lone piano concerto is instantly recognizable. The opening measures are known by everyone. Thanks, Arthur!
Agreed, what a neat and unique grave!
"Morning Mood" is one of those pieces everyone has heard but may not know the name of. A thousand TV shows and movies have used it over scenes of a sunrise.
@TurquoiseStar17 I know Morning mood from Soylent Green when Edward G Robinson goes into die in the film such a moving scene with that piece of music.
"The Hall of the Mountain King" indeed.
Thanks Arthur for including my footage. Very honoured to be included as part of the video
Thank you for taking the time to make the video and send it in!❤❤❤👏👏👏😘💖🫂🐾🐾
Thank you for your video. X
It's not just the famous graves shown that make Arthur a YT GOAT... it's the music, the filming/editing, the descriptions of the dearly departed...
All of these people who are dead live through Hollywood Graveyard.
Yes, every video is a masterpiece.☺
Oh, how I wish I had an emoji of a goat in sunglasses and golf cap!! LOL
Also that he doesn't just stick to the A list names in the industry.
Arthur's all inclusive, which is another reason to love him.❤❤
@@badkitty4922
I miss sir Roger Moore
@@christopherwilkinson7935 he was a hell of an actor. 💖
As soon as I saw the US military cemetery in Luxembourg, I knew it was going to be Patton's Grave. He is a personal hero of mine, and I always wanted to see his grave.
Respectfully visiting graves and getting a history lesson is always such a treat. Thank you Arthur
What a nice surprise! I didn't think you'd have the viewers tour uploaded so soon with over 2,000 submissions. Love it! Thanks and can't wait to see more!!!❤
I remember perfectly the first time that I found Arthur and his vlog, many years ago, when he started.. I was sik at home from work, it was autumn; bed, ipad, cold and rainy days..
I started with one video, the two days after I saw all videos, a drug! Amazing!
“ and that’s conclude our tour..” immediately we want another video! 💻
Greetings from Venice, Italy 🇮🇹🙋♀️ (one day I have to send you some videos graves from San Michele cemetery here in Venice, there are many many artists here!)
Simone Signoret is one of my favorite actresses; thank you to whomever included her resting place in this video.
Actrice fabuleuse en effet
50:02 Happy to see three of my submissions were included, thank you.
Thank you for your videos. Xx
Wow! What a Incredible World Tour on this Viewers Special #18! We visited 21 Countries-starting with Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Italy, Venice, Monaco, Greece, Hungary, Ukraine, Israel, Malaysia, Taiwan, Australia, Uruguay and Argentina! A definite first to see other countries not seen before was extraordinary and a first Gangster to visit! This Tour was so well researched, presented and threaded together that kept drawing one in for more! Well Done to all who shared their Cemetery finds and to the Genius who orchestrated the Tour into a Perfect Success! Thanks Arthur, Loved it! 🖤
Boring!
I just got home from work, and what a nice way to end my day, to the smooth voice of Arthur Dark Hollywood Graveyard.
Arthur,
Handsdown, you have the best graveyard/history channel on TH-cam. Thank you for your expertly made videos and a voice that's as smooth as silk. ❤❤

How absolutely fabulous and exciting! I ❤ our Hollywood Graveyard Community!!!!!! Thanks Arthur😊
I may not know the majority of these people, but the thing I like about this channel is that it also explains who they are and why we should know them. Love this channel and will always watch a new video immediately and then will be jonesing for another one shortly after :)
Yay! Thanks for using my footage. 😊
Which entry did you submit.? And congratulations 🎊 👏 ⚰️
@@bernardsherry5642Jean Darling was mine 😊 thanks!
Oh that’s awesome! Mine was used too. Bon Scott and Moondyne Joe
@@TisMePyper.S Congrats to you too! 😊
Congratulations to you both, and thanks to you both for your submissions!😘💖🫂🐾🐾👏👏👏
One of the best channels on TH-cam.
Wow Arthur ! Now that's what I call a FAST turnaround. Kudos to you and everyone who submitted - from around the world !! 😄🤩
I gotta say Edvard Grieg is a very unique grave. I’ve never seen a grave that’s a cave. Very interesting really.
Not far from him, a previous prime minister is also entombed in a similar way at his home (now the royal family's summer home), so I guess it's a trend here, hehe. I didn't film it though, I didn't think he'd be famous enough, Grieg and Bull was enough 😅
@@CarolineCarnivorousyou made the video of Edvard Grieg's grave?
I happen to think it's brilliant and fitting for the Viking heritage of your country. 😘💖🫂🐾🐾👏👏👏
@@badkitty4922 I did!
Thank you Arthur for including Ukraine. My partner filmed them when she was over there. Wonderful videos and well done to everybody that took part.
This is how we spend a beautiful spring day, Hollywood Graveyard and Arthur. Very special thank you to everyone who contributed ❤
Finally!!! Hollywood Graveyard has returned to my TH-cam page list can't wait to watch this later on tonight!! Thank you Mr Dark!
Avicii is the best EDM/ Producer of all time and my favorite song of his Wake Me Up, Without You, and Friend of mine… his music will live on forever RIP Tim Berling Aka Avicii 🕊️🕊️🕊️
I never knew committed suicide.
Avicii, thank you for the memories man. So sorry for myself you checked out so soon, but we got you bro! Rockin' heaven with your tunes, they are so lucky! God bless you. 🙏🙏
Damn, that was quick Arthur.
Not quick enough wheeeeeeeeeew 😃
Josephine baker was phenomenal ❤
Thank you, Hollywood Graveyard Community! I enjoy these so much!
Thank you for your hard work Mr. Dark and that of the viewers who bless us all.
Hall of the Mountain King
Been sleeping all day due to contracting covid. Woke up about 2 hours ago, saw this had posted. What a great way to spend some time. Great trip around the world.
Get well soon. Get plenty of rest
Hi friends. In Chacarita, at Gardel´s tomb, from time to time, some tourists place a lighten cigarette in his statue hands. I saw it burning when I visited the place. And, as a personal note, my mother who is 90 years old today is an absolute fan of Gardel, "the greatest singer of all the times". She never goes by a week whithout listening some music he sang. Grettings from Brazil.
I was about to mention that, and in Chile we say "Gardel paid/tomorrow Gardel will pay us" due two theories: Gardel paid to the public to hear him sing when he wasn't too famous or he gave money to the poor people when he was famous. So that phrase means you got your salary or any plans to the future.
I am also a fan of Carlos Gardel, his voice is like a soothing balm.
So happy to see Josephine Baker to be recognized. I hope you will also cover her husband. Jo Bouillon who’s in front of her grave site . Great job on this viewers special!
Some famous Americans burried in Norway that you might wanna check out: ANNE BROWN Opera Singer. A soprano, she is remembered for creating the role of Bess in George Gershwin's 1935 "Porgy and Bess". KEIKO the killerwhale from the Free Willy movies. The whale is burried on land next to a fjord. CASEY KASEM: American disc jockey, actor and radio presenter.
I’ve never clicked something so fast!! Thank you for what you do Arthur!
The wonderful Sir Peter Ustinov born in Swiss Cottage London.
People won’t know this but he was a brilliant stand up comic pure genius
Oui entièrement d'accord avec vous
Dans mort sur le nil ,il est magnifique
My 13 year old daughter and I are watching tonight from Alaska and we are both fans of Hollywood Graveyard. Thank you for another great video.
Nice to see where Roger is laid to rest. Loved him as The Saint and as Bond. Loved Men At Work back in the 80's and still do. Really sad Greg Ham died so young.
I love learning about people in history.
Thank you everyone, that was an incredible world tour! My favorite Peter Ustinov film is "Blackbeard's Ghost" a Disney classic, 😊 I saw repeatedly as a 60's kid. Cheers to all!! ❤❤❤
Another interesting fact about Josephine Baker: She was actually the opening speaker for Martin Luther King when he did his 'I Have A Dream' speech and the March on Washington. She wore her French military regalia. She also in her youth had a pet cheetah named Chiquita. I love Josephine SO SO MUCH!!!
I think it's wonderful that you devote such time to many artists who are mostly unknown in the English-speaking world. They also deserve recognition.
An hour-long Hollywood Graveyard?! What a nice way to wind down my birthday. I always look forward to new episodes from Mr. Dark.
Thanks to you and your contributors for yet another terrific video. Late in his life, Peter Ustinov was asked for his epetath. Tongue in cheek, he replied, "Keep off the grass."
Carlos Gardel appears to be to have achieved a Rudolph Valentino level of love and admiration in Latin America. What a fun video this was! I especially enjoyed learning about the celebrities in Australia.
I am sure the videographers were honored .
Greetings from the Netherlands (europe)
Greetings from England
One of my all time favorite YT channels.
Great visiting the burial sites of Melina Mecouri and Zsa Zsa Gabor. Thank you for honoring the two grand ladies. Hopefully next time Australia honors Judith Durham from The Seekers.Beautiful singer who sang Georgie girl
Sweden, Norway, Iceland.....FANTASTIC! Thank you, Arthur and contributors. Blessings from Michigan.
Greetings from a fellow Michigander!!!
I was very happy to see Sweden and Norway included, my great great grandpa was from Sweden and My Great Great Grandma was from Bergen Norway!
Glad to have contributed so you could see graves of two famous bergensere 😁
I sit here as a funeral director so have spent many hours in these places. But there’s something so humbling and peaceful about someone’s final resting place
Thank you for featuring my video 55:23
I really enjoyed this one, especially bon Scott of the lead singer of one of my fav heavy metal bands AC/DC his life was cut short, I miss him to this day Rest in peace bon Scott 💗 🤘🏻🎤🦘🌏🇦🇺🙏🏻
It was a fun trip. I filmed both shots. Thought I’d return to see Bon again.
Freo is my local cemetery.
Very good, very informative! As a weather geek, I was particularly interested in the tribute to Christian Doppler. The Doppler radar has been instrumental in following storms and making storm warnings possible.
Thanks, everyone, for the great videos and to Arthur for the editing and excellent commentary. I always learn something.
Thank you for including some of my clips from Germany. It's a great video. I've learned a lot.
Thank you for presenting this video! It brought back a lot of great memories for our Dad. He was a voice student of Franco Corelli's back in the mid 1970s, and seeing Corelli's grave brought tears to our Dad's eyes. He told us Mr. Corelli was such a great man, singer, and wonderful teacher. Dad misses him very much! Thank you again for doing this! 🙏🙏❤️❤️🙂🙂
Thank you for everyone who did the footage. Im 15and loving this! Im so glad the first stop was avicii. I have been making music just like him. So sad he passed away. Thank you to Arthur and everyone who recorded the footage!
Wow, that was a whirlwind trip around the planet! Good job.
Avicii RIP Rest Easy We Miss U 1:28
💔 every day
I literally stopped whatever I was doing and watched this in complete silence. This is the first time one of your videos has rendered me completely entranced. I deeply appreciate your efforts and the efforts of your fans.
Looking forward to the next one.
Having your Tomb in a cave on the side of a huge boulder overlooking the ocean is such an amazing final resting place
My brother lives right next to Lilydale, so when I visited him in Australia, he took us to see Dame Nellie Melba’s grave. You can also go around her home and estate of Coombe Yarra Valley, which also has a winery.
Thank you to the people who provided the videos. And thank you, Arthur for another great episode ❤
Thanks to all the contributors for their efforts. It was a great long vlog and worth the time. Thanks also to Arthur as well.
Oh my goodness, I've been eagerly waiting to watch another incredible video. Thank you, Mr. Dark, and greetings to all the fans who enjoy these videos. We are like a family who loves spooky content.
I believe Zsa Zsa and Eva Gabor were already in the US when the war broke out. Their parents and sister Magda (who worked in the Hungarian resistance) followed later. Rest in peace.
MY Day is done. I've had my supper, had my bath. Brushed my hair, put on my night clothes. Now i can watch, in peace and quiet. 😊 ✌🕯💖🌻🦋🙂👋👣. Neita.❤
Thank you for compiling this gem and for all the Hollywood Graveyard fans who contributed. So much more interesting than regular television.
Thanks to everyone for all their contributions and to Hollywood Graveyard for their hard work in bringing this video to us :)
I’m a taphophile and I’m so happy to have found this channel. I’m still working thru all the videos, but I had to watch this!
Awesome job everyone who contributed. Thoroughly enjoyed Thankyou

George S. Patton Jr. was named after his Grandfather, George S. Patton Sr.
He was a Confederate Brigadier General during the American Civil War who was killed in action during the Third Battle of Winchester. He was buried not far from where he fell.
There are a few photographs of George S. Patton Jr. standing at his grave; back in the 1910’s.
Patton’s Great-Grandfather was buried up in Shockoe Hill Cemetery; a cemetery you happened to have visited back when you made your video on Edgar Allan Poe.
Thanks, thanks for all the french stars in this vidéo. I'm french and my dream is visiting Le Père Lachaise, Montparnasse's cemetery and Montmartre's cemetery. All my gratitude Arthur ! ❤
PS : Jules Dassin's son is Joe Dassin. He was a great french singer. He was born in New York and he's buried to Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles.
Oui il faut absolument venir en France
Et visiter le père lachaise, il est immense faut pas être pressé
Il y a beaucoup de célébrités enterrées avec des tombes intéressantes
Great job to everyone who participated in this video! This was a fun one
Thank you so much for your contributions. Once again Arthur, you created real entertainment for so many. I thank you for your hard work and dedication. I look forward to the next edition.
Thanks Arthur!!!! I was glad that Israel and the Ukraine were featured, and that you spoke of how sorry you were for what the Ukraine is going through. My VERY FAVORITE was one of your FIRST Celebrities!!!! Josephine Baker. She really WAS SOMETHING!!!!
Thank you Arthur and those who took the time to include Gaspard Ulliel .
Lots of ground covered in this one. Very interesting.
Seriously!, Your productions are top notch! I can't believe cable channels haven't picked you up yet. You deserve WAY more subs than you have.
Absolutely right that Grieg's music is far wider known than his name. One of my favorites, and I'm so glad his memory is still important.
In awe of the beauty and elegance of the cemeteries. Thankyou for putting together the video to show us
Hi everyone! I' m Nektarios Themelis who filmed the footage from Greece. Thank you Arthur for including some of the footage in the video and I congratulate everyone who contributed. Happy [Orthodox] Easter to everybody. Nektarios.
P.S. I hope Arthur that during your next visit at Hollywood Forever you will cover Joe Dassin.
Thanks again Arthur , so much to take in, this will definitely take several viewings to absorb the vast amount of information. You surpassed yourself once again. Bravo.
This was so nice Arthur! Boy cementaries in other countries really much more beautiful than any in USA.

Zsa Zsa Gabor's cameo on Nightmare on Elm St 3... EPIC!
That was a FANTASTIC episode! Thank you 🙏🏻 😊
I love how they transported zsa zsa Gabor in gucci bag in style and grace
That was pretty epic. Thanks to all of the contributors!
