I wish there would be a place to take a nap or rest. More comfy chairs. Better relaxation place
100% agree!!! I haven't seen any sleeping chairs in the lounges we've been to over the past several years. I'm wondering if they are designed to keep guests awake so they don't miss their flights?
This lounge was nice because of the outdoor space, but the newer lounge in Newark is much more impressive. We have a video review on the United Newark lounge - check it out when you have a chance!

they have it in the Polaris lounge but you need to be flying in an international long haul business class with united or long haul business class/ first class with a star alliance carrier
This happened when lounge access was very exclusive and for elite status only. Now (because airlines make a majority of their revenue from banks) they are for anyone with a club card. The Good lounges are the ones that keep that rifraf out (no offence!!!) United Polaris are really the only true domestic lounges. We call everything else credit card clubs.

@UnderMyPalm True - the airlines do make a majority of revenue from credit cards, but generalizing those who use these clubs as "rifraf" sounds unfair. It's a privilege for anyone to have lounge access. Sharing videos like these is a way to encourage participation in travel that was once reserved for only the elite. More and more people are spending money on travel experiences, and we're excited to see how lounges will continue to transform in the years to come!
The lounge seems basic when comparing to Delta. 🤔
This lounge was unveiled in 2016 and is for United Club members. There are certainly more premium options for international United members. We'd love to compare to a Delta lounge in the future! Let us know if you have a video, we'll check it out 🤙
