One death is way too many of course, but the fact is 400-500 deaths and it is for all work of life in Qatar, not only for the stadium. And don't forget, the stadiums were all contracted to western and chinese companies.Only western media reported it to be 6000, as always when they don't like something.

Please keep in mind that the media portrays only the worst things it can find in order to get ratings. When you deal directly with people, it's a different story.

I were him, I wouldn't hesitate to help you out, but I'm not and can't expect him to do the same. Good thing is that it's winter and the country is safe. You're on the move, so I suggest you do a TH-cam live one day and see the responses, and maybe someone can meet you at your location to help you. There are a lot of good folks in the country - citizens and residents. You have to find a way for people to get in contact with you or to meet up with you.

If i have a place in qatar, i would welcome you to stay heartedly , you get free food , shower everything except you have to be in separate room talking only to my husband and my male kids- Unfortunately, i do not have such facilities there ! Ask locals , they may be able to help you.

Credit Card rule is in Australia too… I think its a standard set throughout the world when it comes to renting a car.
