Человек должен сам развития основываясь на своём начале. Система ценностей, моральные принципы, нравственные устои. Нужно иметь что-то общее, чтобы понимать друг друга, и чем-то отличается, чтобы любить друг друга. Какова у человека философия, такова и жизнь. Как постелешь, так и выспишься.

I had an opportunity to go into business with a wonderful woman(my Mom) I didn’t think I had what it took to do it. My Mom has been gone 5 years now😢 I regret not trying!! I began making simple improvement resolutions when I was in my 40’s. One year, I resolved to stay with grumpy cashiers until I made her/him smile. Now, I find I’m that way with everyone, just a bit silly. Last year, 2023, I realized I wasn’t depressed as much as I just didn’t have anything left on my bucket list. So, 2023 was the year of a new bucket list. It’s age appropriate fun ideas. I’ll want to involve my grandchildren, too. When I say “age appropriate “ I only mean I’m not going to jump from an airplane or swim the English Channel but I will do more camping and have many places to visit. I want to learn the piano and write that book and finish my quilt take a whale cruise, maybe go to Canada and pinch the buns if the Mt Rushmore guys (they’re kneeling, aren’t they?), learn pottery, and on and on. Hmm. Guess my 2024 resolution should be to get started, huh?

I wish there were more adults that would take your lesson of "always keep learning". Many people as they grow older refuse change or willing to learn something new every day. Life isn't hard...it's people who don't want to change their behaviour that hard. Thank you for your life lessons of the importance of taking stock of who we are as people.

And I know you know this you must by now but you have one of the best storytelling voices ever I was wondering I have a good friend who's been through the wringer and for the last year he's been on TH-cam telling stories of the mysterious paranormal and mostly True Crime. If you could ever collaborate with him on a short or even just shout him out I know that would make his year because you are one of his favorite people he says he wishes he could have the attitude towards life that you have! Plus if you get to know this guy for even a minute you'll see that he's a great guy on TH-cam his name is Mr. E Files. I can't love this enough and share this with my kids. My kids have made me a very proud parent but I think I failed my middle-child somewhere along the lines - she's moved out & about 900mi away and her life is going in the wrong direction. I just hope she can change it & do better next year & years to come because she sure has me worried & apparently doesn't want me or her father & brother in her life and just turned 22 so she could still do better 🙏 my son just turned 18 is in his 2nd year of college in Motorsports, graduated high school at 16 & went from intern last spring to a Full-time employee for a Nascar team & on salary making very good $$ plus since it's been the off-season he works on weekends & at oil change place. My husband & I are very proud of the young man he's become(ing) and his grandparents are looking down giving him thumbs up & all the praise, I just wish they were here. My in-laws passed 2yrs ago (July & Nov from MS complications & pancreatic cancer) and my dad who was into Nascar & cars passed in 2012 from cancer & my son inherited my dad's collection. My mom on the other hand doesn't bother with my kids & has only seen my son maybe a 10 times in his life. My parents divorced 23yrs ago & she didn't like that we associated with both her & my dad & always made remarks, she would never come to birthdays etc either. Anyway, I know this is way too much of sharing info but I love my kids, still love my family regardless of their hatred for me etc - it is what it is. We can only continue to move on & hope that one day is not too late for an "I love you" or whatever. I love your book Greenlights & told my husband he should read it or listen to audiobook, which I started listening to because I heard it's a must. Happy New Year to everyone that's gotten this far and I wish you all the very best & in the future. Stay safe & always leave your heart open to love -is a wonderful thing. 💖🎉

Thank you for that reminder. We are often not kind to ourselves and focus on the negative the ugly of ourselves to fix. We need to appreciate ourselves more. I want to say that with mine and my sisters struggle to stay afloat, after a family member bought the place we were living in and kicked us out, we are ok. Yes, we struggle at our age and there has been some very rough days but are together. Even though my best friends dad screwed me with purchasing a rotten lemon of a car from him,trust I let that take over, & trust I know many take the bus. I did in my younger days, but anyone see how bad the buses are! It sucks! But I have hope that we will get cars again. We are together her and I. And I am so happy to have her and my little dog everyday with me. 2024 it will be a great one!!!🫶🏻⭐️👍🏻
Thank you for your good feelings and advise. Sometimes it’s very hard to appreciate all our past endeavors, thou extremely harsh as those challenges were at that moment in time. They were completed, when at that point we could not breath and we lost all hope! We did it! Sometimes moving forward can be confusing, trying to do our best everyday is sometimes difficult and overwhelming. But, if we remember to put one step in front of the other to try our best whether small or large towards completing the challenge, we will get somewhere. We have that energy within ourselves make it happen.
2023 for me I feel I had some success and some not. I am an action team member for PETA I helped with some cruelty cases and some success stories where getting big cats out of a roadside Zoo into a sanctuary and many others from the same place. But also in the same place they would not let a bear go to a sanctuary and he ended passing away he never got a chance to have his feet touch grass or what it felt like to be free. So in 2024 I will work even harder to help as many animals as I can. And I am a successful fur angel mum love my babies

I want to say that with mine and my sisters struggle to stay afloat, after a family member bought the place we were living in and kicked us out, we are ok. Yes, we struggle at our age and there has been some very rough days but are together. Even though my best friends dad screwed me with purchasing a rotten lemon of a car from him,trust I let that take over, & trust I know many take the bus. I did in my younger days, but anyone see how bad the buses are! It sucks! But I have hope that we will get cars again. We are together her and I. And I am so happy to have her and my little dog everyday with me. 2024 it will be a great one!!!🫶🏻⭐️👍🏻

Thank you for your good feelings and advise. Sometimes it’s very hard to appreciate all our past endeavors, thou extremely harsh as those challenges were at that moment in time. They were completed, when at that point we could not breath and we lost all hope! We did it! Sometimes moving forward can be confusing, trying to do our best everyday is sometimes difficult and overwhelming. But, if we remember to put one step in front of the other to try our best whether small or large towards completing the challenge, we will get somewhere. We have that energy within ourselves make it happen.

2023 for me I feel I had some success and some not. I am an action team member for PETA I helped with some cruelty cases and some success stories where getting big cats out of a roadside Zoo into a sanctuary and many others from the same place. But also in the same place they would not let a bear go to a sanctuary and he ended passing away he never got a chance to have his feet touch grass or what it felt like to be free. So in 2024 I will work even harder to help as many animals as I can. And I am a successful fur angel mum love my babies
