theres a 10/1 creature for 3 blue that cant be blocked that when it deals damage they instead mill cards equal to the damage delt looks like it would be fun to build with
That comment about playing old decks is prety spot-on. I still play my RW tokens/chip damage deck and still manage to win just ok... when the game lets me. But my WU spirits will suffer. Drogskol Captains play a very important function in the deck, and thanks to Nowhere to Run they can't do it fully.
First off: top notch klickbait title as always Senpai Second, I myself am a fellow Rankle's Prank enjoyer, but I prefer my discard decks creatureless. There is a reason I call my discard deck "Skeleton Rack". The 2 Skeleton enchantments currrently in standard apply a surprising amount of aggro pressure and card advantage and synergy. And because of them plus Mutavault, I believe we are very close to a decent 8Rack style Explorer deck as well.
Best of 1 is TRASH BO3 is the way to go for actually fun game play. I think the new set is quite good and a decent shake up. But card like valgavoth, which just continues the plague of not being able to interact with strategies, continues in BO1
