How funny! We just had this experience today an i learned that if you show them your weakness for worms, they will DEFINITELY chase and try to touch you with it. 😅
We are building a natural playground for our outdoor classroom at home, and we were digging and i tried to keep cool and encourage his worn play as he collected them and made them some food in his kitchen, but then he comes up to let a worm kiss me out of no where and it was done lol

Another thing, both my sons are pretty aggressive, and i think they can get a lot out of plants and worms and bugs, etc. But they also like destroying things, and no amount of teaching or modeling otherwise changes the outcome at times.
I have wondered if still providing them a kids garden and worm play knowing they will likely kill or harm them at least some of the times no matter what, is the right thing to do? They dont necessarily learn or understand the appropriateness of things and why or why not to break a worm in half for example even with modeling and teaching. I would assume over a prolonged time of exposure and modeling the behavior and result may change, but that would mean risking hundreds of little worm lives and plant lives in the mean time.
Its hard to know what the right call is.
Just something i have gone back and forth on.
