Thank you for stopping by, friends. Wishing you a happy and, beautiful weekend! 🍓 I just shampooed my hair agin last night and it smells amazing, and I'm so happy with this color, it looks wonderful under the sun. Such a great color for the summer. Please remember, your hair probably won’t look like mine. Henna looks different on every single person that does it. You can follow this step-by-step, and you may not end up with a result that matches what you see on my hair now. It may not be drastically different, because I have been doing henna for a long time and I have a lot of color built up, so the shade of red you achieve with henna depends on what your hair looks like before you put the henna on. Good luck to you all! ❤

You are so cute, love this video! I am embarking on a brand new henna journey and so glad this popped up on my FY page! I just did my first henna last night with the 30 minute reshma beauty light brown color. Do you have any experience with this product/brand? I was worried it would turn out orangey on me but it did not, it’s soooo dark! So I’m glad I did not go with a darker shade to start off! I think I will try your method next time as I was further researching the reshma ingredients and learned there are some chemicals in there that are studied to have negative effects on cells so I don’t think I will use that product again although the 30 minute time was wonderful, one of the reasons for switching to henna in the first place was to not put harmful chemicals on my head! I would love to know if you have any comments/ experience with that brand! Thank you!
Hi beautiful Rose Love your top❤❤❤ I tried coffee coloring many ways but never work for me I need to try this way your hair looks so soft and gorgeous ❤❤❤❤❤
Gina, Thank you so much for the constant kindness. I really hope you try this, and I hope it works for you, because YES! I’m still in disbelief about how good it came out. ♥️♥️♥️♥️
As long as you're using 100% pure henna like a good quality from Hennasooq you're fine. If, you're not buying a good quality henna that potentially has PPD in it then this is true as the PPD is what reacts to the metal.
What should we do so that the color of henna remains stable and we can go to the swimming pool after a few days and the color does not fall with the water?
You are very pretty!! Indigo is cool but I stopped using it because it darkens a lot and unlike you it doesn't suit my complexion at all. Today I will try a henna + beetroot powder :) maybe I'll try coffee at some point
Henna dye release has a peak time, and after the peak, henna loses its power and will not color your hair as well. I find in the hot summer henna will release the dye faster than when the weather is cold. You can look up henna dye release chart on the internet.
I have been watching your video for hours, and I absolutely love ❤️ it! I have a question 🙋🏼♀️ for you: what do you think 🤔 will happen if instead of the dry Aloe Vera powder I use 98% Aloe Vera Moisturizing Gel? Best Regards!
In the past I have used Vaseline, or coconut oil, but because I hate greasy stuff on my skin, I don’t put anything on it anymore. The henna stains my skin a bit, but it goes away in a couple of days especially after the first shampoo.
@@EmeraldRubyTea I'm not sure why hair is so much more porous than skin, and how henna art works to stain the skin for so long. I can only say that the henna and indigo I get on my ears, temples, and neck washes away really easily when I'm done. But my hair holds the coloring for months. I think it may be something in the binding with the proteins in one's hair, which are not present in the top layers of skin. Henna art on one's hands though, I have no idea why that lasts.
Yes, you can but I don’t recommend it, because tap water can be affected by chlorine and other treatments, so it will dry your hair since we have to leave it on for a few hours, and it could effect your final results. Distilled water will always give a better dye release and results.

I'm just wondering why you stopped using clay? I thought that gave a deep burgundy red in one step. Is there something you like better about the coffee over the clay?
I still use the clay and I love it, but I realized from the comments I got that a lot of people didn't know what it is, and it's not available everywhere so that's why I'm always searching for new ideas and testing out new recipes so I can share what works for me on here and give you guys more options.
